It's very aesthetic, clean, and the lighting is dim which makes the whole experience very relaxing. The chair I sat in during my service was super comfy and I even fell asleep because I was so comfortable lol. I saw Alex for a lash lift/tint + brow wax and I can't recommend her enough! The entire appointment took ~1.5 hours and she came out to get me right on the dot. Alex has a very chill, laid back personality which made it easy for me to sit back and relax during the appointment. You can tell she has great attention to detail and you can trust her to do a wonderful job. I love the way my lashes and brows turned out and she made sure to take my own preferences into account. They also play really great hip hop/r&b/pop music which I enjoyed! Lastly, despite being in downtown, it wasn't hard to find street parking at all. I paid $3.85 at the meter for 2 hours, but there's also a parking garage across the street for $8/hr.

You go inside, straight to the elevator, then up to floor 4. I didn't have any issues finding the building or parking; as there are a couple parking garages in the area and also street parking available. Anyways, literally everyone I've encountered has been so friendly and warm, I love going there (and honestly doesn't seem like forced professional kindness, they are just genuinely friendly ppl)! Maybe I wouldn't be so addicted if that wasn't the case..... hahah! I usually go to the Fishers location because it's literally a hop, skip and jump from my house; but yesterday got to see the Mass Ave location for the first time.
