They offer individual waxing prices or memberships. You can call to make an appointment or do it online, it was very simple. I literally dislike this process so much. Just ask me in the room if I want any of the supplies and I will tell you. You never know the prices etc and it just puts people on the spot. She showed me where the robes and sandals were and where the waiting area was. I suggest getting there at least 20 mins early so you can take advantage of the incredibly peaceful waiting lounge. Fireplace, aromas and comfy chairs and lounges awaited. I would've loved to have more time with my heat pack for my neck. Next time I'll take more advantage of this space. Brad greeted me and showed me to the room. I chose to keep my undies but ditch the bra. He asked my preferences, what areas were concern and what areas to avoid. I told him that I love a deep deep massage. Brad delivered! Holy smokes. It was an amazing massage. My neck and back were unjacked truly for the first time in a very long time. Sometimes when I leave a massage I feel sore but not this time. I floated out of there. He used great great smelling oils and really did an awesome job. I was given the option to use the lovely waiting area again after my massage but I chose not to. I came in with a $300 gift certificate and when I left, I still had 125 left. Not bad at all! I opted for the CBD lotion and perhaps that helped my nonsoreness.

The salon itself is very cool, with tons of different beauty vendors located inside. The Waxing Spot is located in the back and has a little sign outside of its pocket door. The owner was kind and does all of the waxes herself. She's been doing it for over ten years and is super efficient. Important note: they do big strips of wax at once to get the hair off quickly. This is a quick and efficient way to do waxing, but is also more painful. If it's your first wax ever, I'd say go to a place that does the small pieces of wax for an hour or so (takes a while but helps ease the pain), but everyone else will love it here. After waxing, she also used tweezers to make everything perfect and it was clear she cares about her work. Thank you!

I moved my appointment back by 15 minutes specifically to avoid being late, disrupting other appointments, or inconveniencing the wax specialist, and instead was met with an incredibly curt, rude, and unprofessional attitude from the receptionist both over text and on the phone. Rather than appreciating that I was trying to be considerate, I was threatened with receiving TWO no-shows over a minor appointment adjustment and told I could eventually be banned from making reservations. The entire interaction left such a negative taste in my mouth. After nearly a decade of loyalty and money spent with this company, I expected professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience was the exact opposite. Will not be returning to this location or any other European Wax Location going forward.
