My wife and I got the 90 minute couples massage that was part of their signature package. It was the best massage we have ever gotten. Which after getting professional massages from at least 20 other places or more is saying something. The place was nice and very accommodating to any request we had. The drink before and after was a nice touch to the service. It was a little on the higher end of services but you get what you pay for. Probably my only wish for as much as it was, is that they offered a small shower room for people after to freshen up. read more

Such a beautiful locally owned spa. The asthetic inside is gorg. I love they give you tea before and wine after your services. I love the spa is small also so when your in the calm room it's not a ton of people resting before their service and more private. I booked the package of a massage with Krysten and facial with Alicia, and it was incredible. The spa is a bit smaller than usual spas but it didn't feel that way due to the attentiveness of the staff. You're greeted as soon as you walk in, shown to the relaxation area, and are provided with a drink until it's time for your service. I'd highly recommend either of these services with these women if you are near the Carmel area. read more

I've been getting my nails done by Cathy (the owner) for over a year. She is incredibly lovely and sweet woman. Cathy is meticulously neat, punctual and thoughtful. She is in her temporary space now but the new spa opens next week and I can't wait to. Kerri who does the facials is also wonderful, she is very experienced and gives an amazing facial which is also luxurious and relaxing. Their products are high end and never irritate my skin. I came here for the first time as I had a gift certificate for a signature pedicure. Full disclosure: I rarely go to spas, so my review might not hold much weight due to my limited experiences. However, I was impressed overall with The Village Spa and would recommend checking it out. I was warmly greeted the moment I walked in, which I appreciated because spas intimidate me (strange, I know) and I felt like the staff truly valued my business. I had Markeshia, who did an awesome job and made me feel relaxed. The massage chairs appeared to be fairly new, and everything was super clean. Again, I'm not sure how competitive their rates are as spas aren't my thing, but I felt that the signature pedicure was fairly priced given all that I received - chair massage, warm shoulder wrap, foot/calf massage, paraffin treatment, and of course, groomed and painted toe nails.
