But the expertise and service sure will. The owner, Wolf, has been doing this for decades and really knows about cars. Their guys replaced my entire engine in less time than it took the dealership to even look at and diagnose my car. If I'd have towed my car directly to Dallas Auto Hospital instead, it would have saved me a thousand dollars in towing and replacement car rental fees. The other great thing about DAH is that they will try to find the least expensive way to fix the car - they won't mysteriously "find" all these problems that don't really exist, just to jack up the bill. Because my auto expertise is (to be generous, LOL) extremely limited, I rely on honest people like this to tell me what's going on. Wolf also gave me some helpful tips like "never let your gas tank get below 1/4 of a tank, because it puts sediment into the system." Great to know, and I'd never heard that. There are customers who've moved away from the Metroplex, who still bring their cars to DAH - folks who've been using them for 20+ years. That tells you a lot.

At the time, Jason assured me this vehicle had a brand new engine, and that a considerable amount of other parts and components where recently replaced, as Jason had owned this vehicle prior. At the time, this truck had just over 240000 miles and Jason assured me that if I brought the truck to him he would honor a "warranty" that would cover parts... No labor. At the time, i was being pressured from my organization to purchase a vehicle, so I had little choice but to agree. Furthermore, I made the mistake of not paying attention to the quality of tire and what kind of rims/tires the truck needed... 22s as it were are difficult because no one has them on hand... The truck ran fine for a couple of months until those tires had to be replaced... Only 3000 miles after I bought the truck. Increasingly, more and more, issues began to arise with this vehicle... Coolant lines needing to be replaced, oil pressure senders and sensors going bad... My dashboard backlight going out (they are not individual lamps, but a whole piece that needs to be replaced) and to top it off- the knock sensor in the "brand new" engine Jason claimed all began showing signs of wear and needed changing... Fast forward to today- 255,000 miles on the frame - I've sunk close to $2500 already, owing $2800 still and still needing close to 1k work... Igo to ask Jason to to honor his promise for a warranty on the knock sensor and the dash light as I feel they pertain to the year warranty... What do I get as a response? Defensive rhetoric and accusations of not taking care of the vehicle... This guy will go back on his word and professional promises to his customers. I wish I could continue but at this point I will not be doing any further business with this establishment.

They also perform paint and bodywork, as he has a temp paint booth he used on some cars in his portfolio. I went to Landon for a long trip maintenance check for my 2005 Ford Mustang. He was able to get my car in for service promptly. His diagnosis was quick and he got back to me with the results in a timely manner. Being a gearhead, the diagnosis was as expected and I continued with his service recommendations. He uses this new system that sends an email with the recommendations, estimate, and even payment. Landon is very friendly and provided good customer service. It's one of the most organized shops that I've experienced as a customer. The shop is in a somewhat secluded location given the area, which can be desirable. It's a airplane hanger style shop, which has a cool vibe. Due to the style, the shop is quite massive and spacious so you don't have to worry about your car being cramped in. Currently, Landon has 1 lift and is looking for techs because he has a high volume of work, which is a good thing. He gave me a tour of the shop and some cars he's working on. Currently, there's mostly pickups, Ford Broncos, but he has some interesting projects such as a RX7 and Corvette. I'm looking forward to partnering with Noble Motors on my cars and seeing what else will come out of Landon's shop.
