DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Horrible customer service. At the time of purchase, I was told that my dress would be shipped to me (I live in another state, so this was a sticking point discussed in detail before purchase). They took down my address and explained the dress would come to their shop first for quality control then be shipped to my address. When the dress arrived, they did not honor that promise and gaslit me about the conversation ever taking place. I had 5 guests with me at the appointment, all remember the same conversation. They tried to charge me additional shipping cost ($75) that was never discussed when I paid for the $3,000 dress. Then when I was trying to arrange the delivery, I left 3 unreturned voicemails before they texted me saying they were going to charge me a "storage fee" for not collecting the dress. Admittedly, I was super nervous about trying on and finding a wedding dress. As a curvier person, I was worried that my options would be limited and I wouldn't find "the one." After trying on my first dress at Here & Now, my mind felt completely at ease! Everyone there was so patient and friendly while I tried on several dresses (a few more than once), and I actually had a hard time choosing between several dresses. In the end, I found my dream wedding gown--which turned out to be a perfect fit that only needed minor alterations! The price met my budget and was about what I expected to pay for the dress. I found my dress at Here & Now Bridal! The appointment was 90 minutes long and I needed every bit of those 90 minutes to find my dress because there are SO MANY styles to choose from. Danielle was my stylist and was phenomenal. She was so helpful and patient with me. I tried on about 10 dresses, 2 tiaras, and 2 veils. Danielle let me walk to the front of the salon in 4 different dresses so that I could see what they looked like in natural light. She also grabbed an extra piece of mesh fabric to act as a test for a liner when I told her one of the dresses I really liked was itching my back. Danielle and the team at Here & Now bridal know what they're doing and provided excellent customer service. There were 3 other brides that said yes to their dresses while I was trying on dresses during my appointment, and then I found my dress! They sell one-of-a-kind dresses in the salon and the dress I choose was one of them. My dress was originally 3,300 but was discounted to 1,209. Totally recommend! read more

Overview: This was such an easy experience where our bride to be felt so special. The staff and service was very quick and understanding. We had Tara and she was so kind and knew exactly what we were looking for. Tara actually helped picked the winning dress out and she made the experience quick and efficient. We tried over 10+ dresses and it only took an hour. Location: Very easy to get to with a huge parking lot. It's in a strip mall and connected to a salon. Traffic was busy, but you won't struggle finding a parking spot. Atmosphere: The boutique is very beautifully decorated and you felt special the moment you walked in. The lighting was great and they had big golden mirrors throughout. Tons of dresses to choose from with all styles. Here & Now is the first place I went in my search for a wedding gown. Knowing that they are a sample sale type store where what they have in stock is what they've got and that's it, I came in not expecting to purchase but just to peruse and try on. I made an appointment online easily and got reminder calls/emails in the week before the day. Parking was easy and it is located in Hilltop North Shopping Center close to the Fresh Market. My mom and I were warmly welcomed by Jan, who helped me during the appointment. She explained that with each dress being a sample, they are discounted greatly from their retail price and that each dress comes as is. She did note that if I didn't see something that day, their stock tends to change about every 4 weeks, so I can always come back to browse. There were probably about 15-20 gowns for each style (mermaid/ball gown/sheath/lace,etc) with varying price points and sizes. I'd say average was around $800-1000. I tried on about 6 different dresses and Jan encouraged us to take lots of pictures and was helpful in showing me where alterations could be made. She was super patient and never pushy which was awesome! I'd definitely recommend coming to this shop if you're looking for a gown and on a budget, but to make an appointment so you can make sure you have help. I stumbled into this place just to look at dresses, with no intention of actually buying one that day. The store is so clean, beautiful, and neatly organized. We didn't have an appointment, so I was nervous to just walk in, however, Janice was SUPER helpful! I found two dresses I wanted to try on, and when I tried on the second one I burst out crying, my future mother-in-law cried, and the employee, Janice cried too. It was truly the dress for me. The best part was it was $500!!!! The dresses in here are truly beautiful, and a great price. The service was AMAZING! I was so impressed with how caring Janice was. The seamstress came out and gave me estimates that were also very affordable. It is definitely worth coming in to try. I did some research on this place before making an appointment. I understood how samples were sold ect. I called and verified that they would have dresses in my size. This was my first dress shopping experience. She rudely told me I was considered a plus size bride, ok thanks. I should have taken that is the first sign, but newly engaged and in wedding bliss. Cold welcoming when I arrived with my MOH. Had to tell her that I had an appointment as if she was busy but there was no one else in the store. She then seemed somewhat interested in us and explained what each rack was throughout the whole store. I'm not sure if she didn't realize which one of us actually was the bride but, then showed us the only plus size rack they had in the entire store that consisted of about 10 dresses. Of the 10 dresses not one was actually my size. When I made the appointment and was rudely told I was plus size I should have been told there was no dresses actually in my size. I made the appointment 3 days prior so at that point you know if you had dresses in my size available or if you were getting more. I tried on 3 dresses in total to see if I could get a feel for what I even liked. I tried on a fluffy tulle dresses and didn't realize with it being 2 sizes too big that it would probably be way less tulle if it was actually my size. It made me way more confused at trying on dresses and what i wanted. Overall the experiences was eh. Made me not want to try on dresses for a few months. read more

I was the maid of honor for my friend's wedding. I will admit that the initial appointment to try on dresses went well. My friend said "yes" to their dress. She also decided to get her alterations with the seamstress that Here & Now employ. Unfortunately, three alteration appointments turned into six. The last one was three days before her wedding. Every time there was an alteration appointment, there was something else to point out for correction. It was very disappointing and sad when my friend's dress was altered poorly. The stitching on her bra cup was so minimal that it gaped and the stitching on the shoulders was also so minimal that it popped as she walked down to the car; now her dress was dragging in the front and had to hold it up so she would not trip. When the owner of the shop was told what happened on her wedding day, there was no accountability and they did not offer anything of real meaning to compensate her for making this, her wedding day, stressful and uncomfortable in her own dress. There was not even an apology. Although, the issues were with the seamstress/alterations, Here & Now employ that person and thus bears a responsibility to their customers. I would not recommend only the store seamstress but also this shop either. It appears that as long as they received their payment, they washed their hands from any accountability. read more

I first heard of Here & Now from mutual friends who were planning their wedding and ended up looking for a dress of my own once I started my wedding planning. I visited a national bridal store the day before because I was interested in their annual wedding dress sale. I found a dress I really liked but wanted to shop around in the small window of time I had before the sale was over. I called and was able to land an appointment for the next day. The salon had just been renovated but it's light and girly, with most of the salon being lined with beautiful white dresses on the rack and dressing rooms. Of course, there's cute décor and seating to match for your guests. The two women who worked there asked me what I was looking for, what my budget was, and my wedding date. I looked through the racks as they pulled dresses that either fit what I was looking for or what they thought would look good on me. I tried on about 6 dresses, narrowed it down to two, and finally found THE ONE in a dress selected by Jan. She nailed it. She managed to find a dress in my budget that accommodated everything I wanted. I love the dress I took home, but all of the dresses in the shop are beautiful and even better, they're discounted way below the original retail price from the designer. I took home a designer dress for $800 less than the original price! I love that their "thing" is to sign the wedding dress at the front of their shop once you buy your dress. I had an amazing experience that took no more than an hour to find my dream dress. The prices are amazing for designer gowns, and they seem to have something for everyone as far as silhouette, taste, and size. They also do alterations and have bridal accessories, and I'll be sure to try them out when the time comes. I have to agree with the posts about a cold reception. I just wanted to look at dresses and I didn't have an appointment. I walked in at about 5:20 and the lady said "I have an appointment and we close at 6." It's like it was an inconvenience to her. I could see she was working with someone but she was not welcoming and made me feel like a nuisance. If I wasn't getting married in just a few weeks I would have walked out immediately. I picked a few dresses I liked and she was condescending about the sizes I picked (who knew wedding dresses run a size or two small?). She also said she couldn't help me because she was the only one in the store (as if someone was gonna dash in and steal a dress). Anyway, she was a little nicer toward the end but I would not recommend this place. They have some lovely dresses but not worth the cold reception especially for such a happy occasion. read more

I had an awful experience. Bottom line is that we were not welcome at here and now and I was uncomfortable to try dresses on, my mom was uncomfortable just being in the shop. I made an appointment and showed up on time, no one greeted my mother, no one greeted me so I approached the sales associate and let her know I had an appointment. She stated that I'd have to wait (even though I had an appointment because she had just gotten done with someone else) that's not a big deal to me... what is a big deal is how someone speaks to my mother and how someone speaks to me, borderline mean and absolutely rude behavior isn't acceptable when I'm looking to buy my wedding dress, it's not acceptable that my first experience wedding dress shopping with my mother ended up in both of us feeling unwelcomed and like we were an annoyance. I was absolutely livid by the time we left! When we got to Here and Now we were greeted at the door and we were taken back to our sitting area to ooo and aww that the dresses my best friend (the bride)tried on. So far so good right? Wrong! Once we all got sat she proceeded to ask my friend what size, style and price range she was looking for, (by the way I had already given her all that when I made the appointment) Once she was told $1000 but under would be great (which who doesn't want to save money where they can) the sales girls face completely dropped. Then proceeded to tell my friend, well you can't look at any of the ball gowns (which is what she was looking for) then the bridesmaids had to pick out dresses while the sales girl stood by. Mind you some of the ball gowns where only $1100 or $1200 the bride would have spent that little extra if she fell in love with the dress. As we were picking out dresses she would announce you can't look at that it over $1000 or it's not going to fit her, comments like that makes the bride very discouraged. Then when she comes out in a dress that is very pretty she says she can't get it cause it doesn't fit. The last 2inch wouldn't zip. That can be altered!! Maybe the sales girl needs to look up the definition of sales man. The sales girl was very negative and made the bride feel very discouraged. I don't even want to waste any more of my time on this place even though I could fill paragraphs with my first impression of the place. Bottom line: The customer service was very poor. If I make an appointment to see you, and I come in for one on one service for a once-in-a-lifetime event in my life. Well then, I expect you to greet me, smile warmly, congratulate me, take an interest in me. Put me at ease. Something. Ask me when the big day is. Anything. Ask me about style. Help narrow down what type, silhouette, etc. that I am looking for. Help pull a few things out. Maybe I'll spend a buck. Maybe I'll be willing to go over my budget if you're good. Instead, I was made to feel like I was interrupting some kind of computer work or something. She aloofly greeted me and called me by the wrong name. (Didn't I fill out an online form for the appointment, which had the correct spelling of my name? It's an easy name.) She just kind of pointed to the rack areas ~ "Lace over here, strapless over there, Boho over there, and destination wedding over there. Let me know if you see anything." Then she went back to what she was doing. Then, I picked out three or four dresses to try on. After trying them on, they weren't quite right. Generally, they weren't my size, but she said they get new things in every 4 to 6 weeks. Great! But, she never offered to take down my information, size, style interest, silhouette preference, etc. in order to possibly call me if they get something in that suits what I'm looking for. She seemed completely apathetic to make a sale. While I hate pushy salespeople, I happen to hate completely disinterested salespeople too. Toward the end of my visit, she finally somewhat started to pull out a few dresses based on what I told her I wanted. But, by then, it was too little, too late. And the only reason she knew what I was looking for is because I told her while I was trying the other dresses on, even though she did not ask. I went over to Macy's and Dillard's right after to look at formal gowns that could possibly be used for wedding gowns, and those ladies were very helpful with questions and taking and interest. read more

When I walked in at the other stores I had to go through the rack 2-3 times to see if I like it or not. When I walked in at this store, I just wanted to try all the dresses bc all of them looks really nice!! Brianna was my stylist and she definitely helped a lot! She picked out dresses within my budget and I even reminded her I wanted to stay within my budget range bc I thought the dresses she was picking were above my budget since it looks expensive lol! I went by myself since my family and friends are out of state/country and she didn't make me feel awkward like how I felt at the other sample stores. She helped me take pictures to show my family and they told me all the dresses i tried on here were gorgeous. She definitely has a good personality.
