Donna, the woman in charge at Here Comes the Bride, refused to sell me a dress because I am gay. After spending a day trying on dresses with my family and friends, she called me to say that she didn't realize I was gay and would not work with me because that's "wrong." She also said she was shocked because my family and I seemed so nice, and that my being gay is a "shame." Then, presumably to counter my accusation of discrimination, she said that what I am doing is illegal and she does not engage in illegal activity. I guess she is unaware that civil unions are legal in NJ (where her store is) and same-sex marriage is legal in NY (where I am getting married), and that anyone should be able to buy a wedding dress if they'd like, even if they're single and just want to dress up at home by themselves. Please do not support this bigot. She is a rude, judgmental, self-righteous homophobe, and from what I've read in other reviews, her bigotry does not stop at gay people. Her listing on Merchant Circle has complaints of racism, ageism, and other forms of degradation and harassment. read more

I went to this store looking for a bridesmaids dress for my friend's wedding. My friend lives a few hours away and this shop had the same line of dresses she was picking from, so I stopped in to see them in person. The woman was quite rude when I first got there - She told me she didn't want to bother showing me some of my dress choices, because I "wouldn't look good in them" (we got to pick our own dresses, so I did some research online first and had some dresses in mind) I felt pretty crappy that she told me I wouldn't look good in the dresses, but I believed her because I figured she was a "professional" and just trying to steer me in the right direction. She then pushed this dress on me that she kept insisting was "new" (but that I knew from looking on the designer's website that it was old and she was trying to sell it at full price) The dress actually would have looked terrible on me. It was super short and strapless and low cut (ie, welcome to the boob show) - not something I'd ever wear to a wedding, let alone one in December. It didn't take long for me to realize that she was just trying to get me to spend as much as possible. So, I asked to see the original dresses that she told me I would look bad in - and, guess what? she didn't have them in the store. Figures. I did find a dress I liked, and the price she quoted me was about $80 above (plus more than double the price for alterations) the other bridal shop my friend was dealing with. The tag even said the dress was less, but she told me the price was wrong, that the dresses were on sale previously, but now they're full price again. I then asked if she would measure me so I'd know what size I was (I knew I didn't want to purchase from her at that point.) She refused unless I bought a dress there - she got all huffy and said she said she cant just go around measuring people all day if they aren't going to make a purchase. They have a huge selection especially if you are having a Jersey Shore wedding. The salesperson asked about my budget. I said under $1K and she lectured me about how I waited too long and how I should order ASAP. We hadn't even started and she was already scolding me. I was going to try some on, but didn't feel comfortable. THen, she didn't want me to write down style numbers of dresses so I could look them up online. So I left. Strange experience. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. But it looks like you can't. I was referred to this place by my hairdresser who outfitted her whole family here for her wedding. Of course, I was skeptical as the curb appeal is anything but horrible. We went in looking for mother of the bride dresses and the only woman (I would hope would be the owner since her attitude was atrocious) greeted us and immediately remembered the bride who referred me. My mom is not big by any stretch. She wears a 10. It seems like any dress we liked was in a smaller size. We asked if the shop had similar styles in bigger sizes so that we could at least get an idea on how a dress would lay. For the record, we are women. Women have problem areas and concerns regarding dresses. We are not men. Men can just go in and buy something in their size and call it a day. Call me oldfashioned, but me and my companions would like to try on a dress for a wedding before purchasing it. We were abruptly told that we were wasting our time in this store if we did not want to take a leap of faith, hold the dress up, and decide if we wanted to order it in our size. Articulate as I am, I tried to explain our rationale and not be offended, since we all know, some people say things and don't understand how rude they come across. Nope, no change from there. She thinks apologizing for telling us that we are wasting our time if we don't want to hold a dress up and guess is acceptable. Customer service is by no means their strong suit. I'd pay 5x the purchase price for better customer service. Being rude is not an attractive quality and it is not surprising that this store has such a low rating on this site. read more

I understand and empathize with the other reviewers, but I can definitely say this was not my experience with the owner or employees. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to write this review much sooner. I started my dress search last August 2013: Being a plus sized bride it was excrutiating. I knew the dress I wanted, a dress that this shop had (but not in my size to try on). Donna, the owner, was sweet and compassionate and told me to come in and even though she didn't have "the dress" in my size to try on, she had a similar style so I can get an 'idea' of what it would look like. I came in with my mother and Donna was attentive and very helpful getting me into the dress. She helped me to envision what the Mary's Dress would look like and held up the smaller size so I could get an even better idea once it was ordered in my size. My mom and I knew this was the dress (even though I hadn't been able to try on the actual dress) and Donna helped us every step of the way. I left the shop in tears, but they were definitely good tears because I was so happy to have finally been able to order the dress at a great price. When I came back for fittings, the seamstress was amazing, such a sweetheart (I can't remember her name, but she had blonde hair and was adorable). They basically reassured me every step of the way and the service was great! I would recommend "Here Comes the Bride" to my friends and family and anyone else who needs great service at a wonderful price. Donna, I'm sorry I haven't sent out my Thank You card to you yet, I just got around to sending them to friends and family... it will be in the mail this week so you can add it to your collection of Thank Yous that are truly lining the walls. I visited this shop in late May for prom. The employees are super nice,founded dresses that looked fantastic on me. I wish I would have had more time because when I picked the dress up the lady that did my alterations wasn't in. I had no clue how to pin up my dress and I don't believe it was hemmed at all. I am super short,so I was tripping on the dress all through the night. All in all,the service was great. The women were very nice, and the dress looked great. Cost a little over 300 with alterations. I left this establishment in tears. This woman is one of the most insanely rude people I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. I went to her store to pick out my colors and bridesmaid dresses with my sister (maid of honor), mom, best friend and my infant daughter. When I walked in she asked me a bunch of questions and immediately started pushing her "high end, designer dresses." Not only were the prices outrageous, they were also NOT high end. When she started bringing in dresses for my sister to try on she was actually acting pretty cordial, telling us how beautiful the baby was and that my sister should be so proud. My sister said thank you but that she was the "proud aunt" and that the baby was actually MY daughter. With that statement her entire demeanor changed. All of the sudden she was hurried and incredibly huffy. I asked if I could try on a few dresses while I was there and she told me that I needed to lose weight before I could try on her dresses because "I would feel fat, gross and frumpy." I had to pick my jaw up off the floor.... Mind you, I was in a size 10 at the time and certainly NOT fat, but I was already stressing about getting back down to my normal weight and when someone says something like that to you, it's soul crushing. I got tears in my eyes and told my mom we needed to leave because I didn't want to give her the satisfaction of seeing me cry. On the way out of the store that crazy bat actually had the nerve to ask me if I was ordering bridesmaid dresses. I told her no and she got SO mad, telling me I wasted her time and that she was "too busy for this." I have since told every bride, bridesmaid, mother of the bride and groom to avoid going to her store at all costs. The woman needs professional help. As for all the responses this woman has left on here... You have to start to wonder when the majority of the area has a problem with a place and this woman in particular.... Horrible Expierence. I was the Bride and I was stressed out over getting my gown. A million phone calls to this nut Donna who seemed to change her story everytime you called to talk to her.... I followed the bridal protocal. Found my dream dress at her store and ordered the dress months in advanced. Only to find out that 2 week prior to my wedding, the dress was never orded and she lied to cover the whole thing up and tried to charge us more for her mistake. Or as she called it a "mistake by the manufacaturer". So we called the manufacturer and found out that the order was in fact, never placed. Hence, after battling with her for 2 weeks, 2 days before my wedding, we got my dress. But it was not as easy as you would think.She tried to keep th dress for alterations and we said "No Way Looney".. She tried to charge us again for the rush fee. My parent's had the manufacturer on the phone while this was happening and they said that she never place the order. So we got her red handed in a lie. She is not one to be trusted and she tried to charge us more for everything. That is not a legal, nor legit way to run a business. What an awful time this was. It truly made my family mad and even more stressed out than they needed to be during this already stressful time of planning a wedding.. She ruined my dress shopping expierence completely. The dresses were OK in this shop. My mother had a decent experience years ago buying a formal dress here. In April, I went into this store for a wedding dress for myself. I can assure you...I will never, ever walk into this store again, suggest it to anyone ...and I will put my review of one star everywhere. The owner of this store is.....horrible. She has no business being in the wedding business......I left this store in tears...and realized there just must be something very fundamentally wrong with her. My daughter is in a wedding, so she has to purchase a dress. She gave a deposit of $30.00 at the first fitting. The next appointment was scheduled, and along with other Ladies in the wedding party; my daughter was informed that she would be charged an additional $30.00 for her dress because of her bust size. I have been to numerous stores to buy dresses for all occasions and not once have I ever heard of charging more for a bust size. She called the dress manufacturer, I decided to look a little further into this charge and found that there is no such charge. There are NO refunds, or credits for this store. The lady was very very rude she made my daughter feel so uncomfortable. I would never ever go back or advise anyone to go there. I think it's important to state that I am a heterosexual female and I too had a horrible experience at this salon. Bigot or not, this place is horrible. I purchased my wedding gown here and the price was right and the gown was beautiful. However, when the owner found out I would not be getting my alterations done there (it was a joke how expensive they were) she became rude. She was also rude and judgemental when she found out that I didn't have a mother in my life and kept prying. She lied and promised me a discount on my wedding shoes since I was buying my dress there and all of my bridesmaids gowns there, when I was ready to select, she revoked the offer, stating "I need to make some money too you know". This woman is rude, crass, and very offensive to work with. South Jersey is lucky to have so many other bridal stores to chose from so no one has to be forced to shop here. A business is nothing without a good owner, because at the end of the day, no matter how clean, nice, well kept and professional a place is (and this store is none of the above), it all rises or falls with a good owner at the helm. When I went into this shop with my friend who had an appointment the only person to greet us at the door was a dog! I was taken back thinking why would a business owner who is selling dresses have their dog there. Any way when the owner got to the front she asked if we had an appointment and we told her we did for 11 am. She then looked at her watch and said we were early. It was 10:58. We weren't allowed to have water in her shop but I guess dog hair over everything was ok. The only place to sit was a couch that the dog was laying on and we were instructed to not place our purses down because the owner did not want to chase her dog around. The dog then stole the brides socks as she was trying dresses on and began to chew the mother of the brides sweater. Needless to say we will never set foot in that place ever again!! read more

My sister got her dress over here. It was really beautiful and not as pricey...They provided good service. The store owner could've made up some ridiculous reason or excuse tellin the customer why they couldn't do business but no. The store owner kept it real...people are gnna discriminate or judge etc no matter what you do, ppl do it everday; this owner just said it out loud. I think its awesome that somebody took a stand to keep the sanctity of marriage. Somebody took a stand to what they believe in. I like this store even more knowing that somebody took a stand. What an awful experience!!! My sister purchased her wedding dress here 8 months before her big day. When I went with her to the first fitting, we were told by the owner to come back as they weren't ready for the fitting. She suggested we must have had the wrong day written down. We agreed, and wrote down the date she said to return. We completed the first fitting, and arrived for the second/final fitting. She informed us that we would have to pay $200+ more since they had to do more alterations to accommodate my sister's weight gain. My sister is an avid gym instructor and nutritionist. She is fastidious about her health and was confused by the suggestion of a weight gain...moreover a weight gain that warranted $200+. The owner was adamant about the weight gain and would not relent.We left and returned with her original measurements, as measured by the owner. After looking at the paper and re-measuring my sister, she insisted either myself or my sister changed the measurements to benefit ourselves. She then went further accusing us of being a cheap Chinese couple. She refused to engage with us any further , and told us she would not sell us the dress. Mind you, my sister's wedding day was a month away! After a frantic search, my sister was able to find a new gown, but we are still waiting for a full refund. The owner refused to give us a full refund, citing the work she had done on the gown. I do not recommend using this bridal shop! read more

I came her on a recommendation from a friend's mom. Not only did she have a mediocre, dated selection of dresses, she was charging a lot more for her dresses than upscale bridal shops in NYC. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Terrible experience. I went here with my mom and sister to try on wedding gowns and the owner and her dog were a nightmare and her dog was just the start of it! When we first walked in we were eagerly greeted by a very cute dog. Within just a few minutes the cute dog was biting and tugging at the bows on my sisters shoes and sticking his paws under her feet tripping her. When my sister asked the owner to grab her dog she got snippy with my sister saying he was fine. Sure her dog was fine but my sister wasn't. Then the dog grabbed my moms handbag and ran away with it. My mom and the owner had to chase the dog around and get her handbag back and when my mom went into her handbag a few minutes later to pull out her phone she realized it was missing and found it being chewed on by the dog. The owner did not get the phone back for my mom instead my mom had to chase the dog and get her phone back. The owner never apologized or offer to buy my mom a new phone. Then the dog jumped up and went into my sister's handbag and pulled out an item and ran off with it and he owner had to retrieve it. The owner instead of apologizing for her misbehaved dog turned to an employee of hers and said "they keep putting things where the dog can get it". When I was trying on dresses I would make comments to my mom and my sister about what I did or didn't like about the dress I was trying and they would share their thoughts with me...you know, the things that you are supposed to talk about in order to eliminate dresses or decide it's the one. The moment I would make a single negative comment about the dress the owner would grab me by my arm and pull me away from the mirror and tell me to get the dress off because it obviously isn't the one. We actually got into a verbal altercation in the dressing room because she didn't even want me to leave the dressing room to show my family a dress because I had said one negative thing about it in the dressing room about it needing more crinoline which could have been easily added, instead she jus wanted me to take it off. Every time I put a new dress on I had to climb over the dog to get out of the fitting room which isn't an easy task without tripping over the dress or the dog and she would never make him move out of my way instead would just make me climb over him without trying to kill myself and as I climbed over him would yell at me for not picking the dress up high enough off the ground. Then every time I stood in front of the mirror to look at the dress the dog would lay on the train of the dress and I couldn't spin around to view all angles of the dress because the dog was laying on it and again she never made him move. How can you let this dog lay all over the sample dresses but yell at me for not picking it up off the ground high enough while trying to climb over your dog? She also had an elderly lady come in when I was there wanting to look at a pair of shoes. The dog jumped all over the elderly woman and she asked the owner to grab the dog and the owner again said the dog was fine-again the dog was fine but her customer wasn't. Then she told the lady she would have to come back later because she was busy helping me. We told her it would be ok to help the lady but she still told the lady to leave. Once the lady left the owner made a comment that it was her regular shoe lady and she never buys anything anyway. I couldn't believe she was talking about a customer like that in front of us. I was so frustrated by the whole experience that I never finished tying on the dresses I picked out and had to just walk out. The owner had the nerve to say to my sister that I just didn't seem into it so that is why I couldn't find a dress. I just wasn't into her grabbing me and shoving me around, her snippy attitude, her misbehaved dog, and just overall lack of professionalism! So excuse me if I just wasn't into it! Horrible!! A few months ago I went into this store looking for bridesmaids dresses with the rest of the bridal party. The store was dingy and the dresses were ratty. I was also disappointed with the staff. I found them to be very rude. The owner was there and began putting down other bridal stores and their owners. I guess if you do not have a quality store then your best chance at a sale is to make your competition sound worse. Needless to say, we walked out of that store empty-handed. She called the young women I was with "little girls" which made them feel offended....the other visit she called my friend an antigonist and wanted to know why she was taking a picture of her puppy and that she did not trust us. She told her worker ...right in front of me...to wait on me because she DID NOT LIKE ME!! She can't lie her way out of how she treated my friends and family.....she knew I was recording her and she still behaved in such an unprofessional manner......GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.....OR KEEP YOUR RECORDER ON WHILE YOU GET JUMPED ON BY THE DOG AND VERBALLY BULLIED BY THE OWNER!! read more

I have written a complaint to the Better Business Bureau because of my experiece at HCB. I ordered a dress, called the next day to confirm the order of the dress, was called to say that dress was in, went to pick up the dress....and it was the WRONG dress. Donna explained that their policy is: "We don't look at the dress until the Bride sees it." Had she looked at the dress when it came in, she would have seen that it was the wrong dress. Then....she called the designer to see if she could order a new one but sadly the arrival date was AFTER MY WEDDING. In 2002 I had a positive experience there for my wedding. In 2013 I stopped in to see if they had some things for a friends wedding. Wow, have they changed. They were rude the moment I walked in and unwilling to help. As if I was bothering them. I explained I was looking for some items for a friends upcoming wedding, the lady hurried me out the door and handed me a card for my friend to call. If this place is still open, I'm surprised. Had the most terrible experience as a moh with my bride friend, which is disappointing because she really wanted to get her dress while on vacation. I'm not sure if it was the owner, but she was rude and pushy. The selection of dresses were pretty good, but it didn't make up for the service. I called this shop asking to try on a bridesmaid dress and told the employee that I would not be purchasing the dress from the store as the bride decided to purchase all of the dresses online. The woman was unbelievably disrespectful and condescending, asking me my age and place of employment as if I did not understand the goal of a business. I was so taken back from the rudeness of the employee that I actually believed I was getting pranked. After reading many of these reviews, it is clear to see that this bridal shop not only has terrible customer service, but truly has hurt customers more deeply than myself. It is utterly disgraceful that a store like this exists when there are so many wonderful and generous bridal shops who would be more than happy to serve any customer. I would advise EVERYONE to NEVER visit this shop. I have had a couple encounters with the owner of the store, Donna. I am a high school student and right off the bat I got a strange feeling about her. Not only was she extremely rude and ignorant, but she also tried to get me to give her my mother's credit card number. Very pushy women (obviously because of the lack of business she receives). The second time I went into her store I was with a couple of friends doing some last minute shopping for prom. We were completely respectful, and quiet. Donna then comes over and calls us an "Army Troop". In fact, she made that statement directly at my friend who is Mexican. She then lectured us about how this isn't a "field trip" and that in a professional business, we are required to come in with a parent. Which I understand, however, she then made insulting comments to us, hinting that she wanted us out. For about 5 minutes she continued talking about how her store is a "Professional Business" But In kindly let her know that she is not going to make any business because of the way she treats her customers. Of course she looked surprised, and asked what grade I was in. I told her it was irrelevant because no matter how old I was, I was still much more mature than she is. Then she called me rude and kicked us out. This Donna women is not worth your time. I repeat, NEVER VISIT THIS SHOP. And Donna, if you are reading these comments, the word about your inappropriate behavior towards your customers is being spread all throughout the internet, and you will learn your lesson. This store is horrible!!! I am the maid of honor for my sister-in-laws wedding and we got our dresses here. The wedding was in 6 days and my dress was still not ready. I ordered it over 7 months ago and needed alterations... Donna fitted me three times and when I went in to pick the dress up all of the lining was unseemed for the dress and it still needed to be hemed. When trying to do the alterations she also tore the outside of the dress as well. I told her I wanted the dress I payed for and I was not paying the 35.00 alteration fee. She said then I would not get my dress. Due to the wedding being in 6 days and I did not want to stress out my sister - in -law, I payed the 35.00 and took the dress to be hemed and the bust line fixed. The tailor also had to sew the outside of the dress that was ripped. She felt so bad that she only charged me fourty dollars. Donna is a horrible business woman and an even worst person. If I can say nothing else do not go there...Davids Bridal has their new line White out by Vera Wang.....more stylish and I'm sure you wont leave there or any of your wedding party crying...!!!! read more

The owner Donna sold me an expensive dress that was priced at $498.00 from Capri by Mon Cheri. When I purchased the dress, she took my measurements, but would not let me see them. I wanted to know what they were and what size she was purchasing, but she refused to disclose this information. She said that she was giving me a $50 discount and there was no sales tax on the dress. She demanded $250 which she said was required for half of the payment. Obviously, the balance was only $199 and she required a cash payment, so my $250 was more than half. I have heard of people asking for cash payment for alterations, but never for the purchase of the dress. Every time I called to ask a question or ask her when the dress was coming in, I always got the answering machine. I was unable to get an arrival date which I know from speaking to Mon Cheri was something she was able to provide to me after ordering the dress from me. Regrettably, after not hearing from Donna, I called Mon Cheri and wrote them an email. They said that customer service would not be able to trace the orders from each store, but to get back to me to let me know if I worked out this problem with Donna. I left a message telling Donna that since she wouldn't take my phone calls or return my phone calls, I contacted Mon Cheri and sent them an email. When she got that message which was apparently on a Sunday when the store was closed, she called me at once and asked me to forward the email I had sent to Mon Cheri. She also asked me what specific information I gave them, who I spoke to, if I told them the color I had ordered and if I gave the model number of the dress. Well, yes indeed I did. She was frantic as one could tell from her voice and told me that while she didn't disclose this information normally to her customers, she didn't purchase directly from Mon Cheri any more because they would not take single orders but would only accept orders of a bulk amount of dresses. BTW, after I was forced to buy another dress from another bridal store and after speaking to Mon Cheri again, I found this information to be false. In fact, she was not an authorized dealer of Mon Cheri or the other dresses that are in her store from Jade and Ursala. She purchased her orders from a third party and who this third party is is still a mystery to me. Obviously, her ethics are in question as to how she runs this business. When the dress finally came in (I never knew when that was going to be as Donna never told me even after all my phone calls), I was still in the hospital after a total knee replacement. I couldn't arrive to her store for another two weeks because I was not allowed to drive, could barely walk, and was still using a walker. When I arrived at her store to pay for the balance of the dress for $199 in cash, a requirement stated on the contract I had to sign in which it stated that the cash balance was due in full upon delivery of the dress to her store. When I got there, I made an attempt to try on my dress, hardly being able to move or walk, but concerned about the fit of the dress she ordered. I did not have Spanx with me or my shoes or a strapless bra that I needed to get in the dress and see if it fit correctly. Still, I wanted to make sure before I left the store. I tried the dress on and even without all the needed undergarments and shoes, it was clear that the dress was enormous on me and that the top of the dress was at least two size too large on me. Even the bottom half of the dress which was chiffon and flowy, the hip was too large ad the length was very long; probably due in fact that Donna obviously ordered the dress way too large in order to charge me superfluous and expensive alteration fees. She claimed that I came to the store that day to have my alterations. Since I just "popped" in, I obviously wasn't there for alterations and I also wasn't able to stand for longer than five minutes at most because I was only two weeks post op from my total knee replacement and in tremendous pain. She told me she would pin up the sides so I would have an idea as to how it would look when altered. She NEVER SAID SHE WAS GOING TO ALTER IT. OBVIOUSLY, THERE WASN'T EVEN A SEAMSTRESS THERE SO I HAVE NO IDEA HOW SHE COULD MAKE ALTERATIONS WITHOUT THE SEAMSTRESS THERE. I told her again that I didn't think the dress was going to be able to be altered. I was in tears and she tried to console me but I was in tears, not about my knee replacement but the fact that i felt i had been duped by Donna who obviously did have my best interests in mind as her customer. This dress was for my son's wedding which will take place in two weeks. When I finally felt better, three weeks later, I came to her store to pick up my dress as I was not going to allow her to do the alterations. I was going to take it over to my personal seamstress to do the alterations. My fiance and I went into the shop and the saleslady asked if I needed help. I told her i was looking for a veil. She asked if it was for my daughter or myself and i told her it was for me. As she led me over to the veils I told her I was looking for a chiffon veil and she flashed me a puzzled look and said she's never heard of such a thing (you would think she would be knowledgeable about a chiffon veil since she works in a bridal shop). She also made an insulting remark asking me if I wanted to look like Morticia Addams (of The Addams family). She said all they had were tulle veils. I asked if she knew what a floor length veil was called because I wasn't sure if it was called a 'chapel' style. She rudely told me that she wasn't there to give advice, she was only their to sell veils! I said 'ok' and immediately left (saying under my breath that it was no wonder there were no customers in the store because she was so rude)! Neither my fiance nor I have ever experienced such rude behavior from a salesperson (who was not even busy)! I will NEVER go back there again nor will I recommend this place to anyone else! I would not recommend this shop. Unfortunately, it was the only place I found a dress I really liked at a good price, but the service was bad, my dress didn't fit right in the end because they wouldn't do what I wanted them to do. My dress was also too long so my shoes didn't show at all. Twice, I went and there was a "be back in 15 min." sign on the door. The first time I left after 1/2 and hour. The second time, she knew I was coming and I waited for a whole hour before she showed up. I was so upset that the dress was so ill fitting and it took away from me enjoying my daughter's wedding because I was constantly hiking up my dress and going to the ladies' room to adjust it. I should have just bought the dress and had it altered somewhere else. The shop is not kept up, the changing rooms are small and dirty looking. All in all it was a bad experience for one of the happiest days of my life. My daughter just got the wedding album and after looking at it, I'm upset all over again. I wish I had gone on this site before I went to Here Comes The Bride.My experience was horrible and I will tell everyone I know NOT to shop there.The first time I went the salesgirl was very kind however Donna was rude and made me very uncomfortable. I recommended my future daughter-in-law look for shoes there because they had cute ones but had I know how horrible this experience would turn out I never would have suggested she go there.I won't get into all of the details but short story is Donna never ordered my dress and refused to refund my money.I have heard so many negative things about Donna as well as people's experience with disappointment dealing with her.I am presently attempting to get my refund which she refuses to give.She called the police who told me they have been there before with unhappy customer's.She called me many nasty names and was extremely rude.She also has a dog running around the store.I would NEVER shop there again.I'm sure she will have a comment but trust me when I say ALL of these reviews can't be wrong. read more
