    Let me just say this this neighborhood is the worst neighborhood I've ever had to deal with, Management and maintenance could care less about there tenants here! DO NOT MOVE HERE! The property manager and maintenance is very unprofessional. The property manager will speak to you as if she's not at work, very unprofessional, she speaks to you as if you are one of her little friends. The property manager has threatened to evict my mom twice already, knowing that she personally can't evict us! We've called corporate and told them about the property manager threatening to evict us, and was told she is not supposed to do that and that shes know that! We moved here in June 2021, and we've been experiencing a lot of maintenance issues since. We've let the property manager as well as maintenance know that there are things that need to be fixed in our apartment like our balcony door, our screens in the window which haven't been replaced since we moved in, they're bent and need to be replaced, our dishwasher, our bathroom sink, our ceiling in one of the bathrooms looks like it's about to cave-in because of the water damage from the upstairs apartment that's causing it to leak, I've sent multiple emails videos and pictures of the ceiling over our bath tub to the rental office here and they have not followed up about anything and we're still waiting for it to get fixed! Maintence treats emergency issues like it's not an emergency, they won't put tickets in to get things fixed which makes us have to wait even longer which is extremely frustrating! We can't shower in the bathroom most times because our ceiling is leaking a lot which is nothing but dirty water coming from upstairs apartments and has been for the last two months! Maintenance has come by and gave us the excuse saying that it's our fault because we shower with the bathroom door closed, which is bullshit! But then we won't hear anything else from them about when it will get fixed or any follow up on the issue. I have never had to deal with any complex like this ever! The maintenance men here are lazy as well, they fix things when they want to fix things and when they finally do come to fix things, they half ass fix it. Maintenance on the other hand needs to be fired as well, one of the maintenance men spoke to my mother asking her if she "tried fried pussy before" and thought it was funny, which is very unprofessional and inappropriate in the workplace, it's disgusting! This is not the only time I've heard about him speaking inappropriately with the tenants here! I have reached out to maintenance and the rental office about it and no one seems to know what the fuck is going on! I called the rental office today April 1, 2022 around 5:15 PM and I was told that I would get a call back before they left the office to figure out what was going on with getting my ceiling fixed, I did not receive a call back at all, but I did receive a note from the property manager on our door two hours later saying that we well be removed from the premises in two months. Neither me or my mother was notified about any notice until today, my mom has went in and spoke to the property manager multiple times but she never talk to her about us being removed from the premises in two months and I spoke to them two hours before the note was placed on our door! Sounds very odd to me! They are very unprofessional and they need to be fired! We've called corporate on the manager as well as maintenance so many times and after we do we get asked by the property manager why are we calling corporate and she knows why, we called in with our issues and concerns but get ignored multiple times because they don't want to deal with their tenants issues, so yes corporate will continue to get called until they do their job! It's been very frustrating living here for the past year! I'm so confused to why management and the maintenance haven't been fired yet! If you are looking to rent here, please save your time and look somewhere else because you will be very disappointed singing a lease here!

She was so good that I had to tell her to put me on the WAITING list for a 1 bedroom, in hopes of getting in here one day. Give them try..or at least take tour..you'll see exactly what I mean. Ask for Shanika, if she's available, because she is quite popular with the tenants..

We have always owned our homes and decided to invest in other ventures and rent. We thought it would be an exciting change for us. Unfortunately, from day one we have had nothing but problems here. It started on moving day when another resident put his hands on our minor son and would not allow him to walk away from him, while my husband demanded for him to let him go. We nearly pressed charges against him but Sara Garcia, the property manager at the time, implored us not to do so. She was fantastic, by the way, and always tried to de-escalate problems. The very same day, there was someone smoking marijuana on the property and another resident complained to the office that they thought it was us. We also smelled it and this was beyond insulting. To further the insult, management (Carol Oser) wanted to do an inspection following that complaint on our first day here! What a way to welcome someone to the community! We soon noticed that there was suspicious activity in the parking lot after hours. We reported this so that it may be investigated. Our son was still a minor at the time and we did not want him to be exposed to such an environment. There were also several vehicle break ins, our truck being one of them. No action was taken to prevent further incidents. Then, because we were the newcomers, we were accused of not picking up after our two service dogs. Fortunately, we had noticed that the grounds were full of dog waste from day one and complained about it immediately to Sara, especially because one of our service dogs is handicapped and unstable on his legs. We did not want him accidentally stepping or falling into another dog's waste. It all just kept going downhill from there. There were a couple of office staffers, Sara and Ydiany, who were always accommodating and tried to smooth things over, but overall, the problems never got addressed and got worse, if anything. Things got progressively worse after Sara left. We have always felt targeted here. They even have us muzzle our service dogs (which is an ADA violation) simply because people are afraid of them and get anxious when they see them. No other dogs on the property are muzzled and they constantly instigate our dogs. We choose not to complain about such pettiness because it's not worth our time or breath, but apparently others aren't the same way and have nothing better to do than put in ridiculous complaints. Further, the insulation throughout the building is terrible. Every little thing can be heard through the walls/floors/ceiling. The upstairs resident is extremely inconsiderate and will stomp around her apartment at all hours of the day and night disturbing the peace and alarming our dogs. We have to play music to drown out her noise and keep the dogs calm. She has supposedly been warned by the office but continues to make excessive noise to this day. Then she has the audacity to complain about our music (which is always within county noise levels). I don't think we have had any real peace since moving here and can't wait to move out. I would not recommend living here.

We love all the amenities that come with the complex. We love the relaxing atmosphere, pool, gym and all the amazing shops and restaurants we have around. Most importantly the team and maintenance team makes Courts of Devon an Amazing experience. The maintenance team provides high quality service. They go above and beyond for the residents. They care deeply about their community and get any job done immediately and it's completed within less than a hour for us, the same day!!!! They are seriously the BEST maintenance team in the DMV (Pedro, Luis, and Aldo) thank you guys for everything. Kurt works in the rental office (marketing and management team) and he is truly a compassionate and caring person with "High Quality Leadership Values and Skills." Courts of Devon in Gaithersburg is extremely blessed to have him here with us. He goes above and beyond for his residents. He is committed, dedicated, motivated, organized, supportive and provides high quality service. He is welcoming, respectful, helpful, and highly experienced and resourceful.     I went on a tour and although the surrounding area offers a lot in terms of restaurants and…read moreshopping needs, I felt the 1 bedroom I toured was too small for the amount of rent, I'm not a fan of off white carpeting, not enough closet space, the apartments looked like they were built on a parking lot. My view in the morning of the particular unit that would be available was just that- overlooking the parking lot. It also appeared that there was a lack of diversity in both culture and ages. But that could had been the timing of my tour. On the plus side, they do offer community events for tenants to mingle. That I thought was a big plus. And the large windows in the living room were appealing. But I decided , I needed something larger and more eye appealing with a diversity of tenants of all ages and backgrounds.
