Never before have I had to fix multiple parts of it myself with scissors. The first time I went I was cut by a girl who left me with uneven sideburns, but an all around acceptable cut. The second time was years later and John was my barber and messed up a simple Caesar cut so badly it is embarrassing. It is overpriced and the quality has been very bad. No idea how the owner cuts hair, but he hires people that can't cut properly. Go to Brian's barbershop or Steel Haven across the street.

The kid has a great head of hair and he's starting to notice his apperance and girls, so I figured it was time to let someone who knows how to cut mens' hair get after him. And that's what I did. I asked the barber for a fade and showed him a picture of one from the web. When he was all done, my son's fade looked great. He was happy with his do and so were we. I'm sure we'll be back for another fade in about a month. I enjoyed watching the Guardians playoff game while getting his hair cut.

The rating above is not a reflection of the stylist. It is for the scheduler. On two instances, the…read moregirl told us one thing only to rescind when we arrived. The first time she called to change our appointment to another stylist due to a family emergency. I asked if the stylist would be able to do a specific updo and was told, "Yes, No problem." When we arrived, the stylist apologized and told us she didn't know how to do a waterfall braid. Then said she wasn't here the day we were rescheduled to her and wasn't ever asked if she could do the hairstyle. The second situation happened today. My other daughter came in to get her hair done go a dance. We only had an hour window of time. I called several days in advance to bump up her appointment a half hour and was told that our stylist was open and it was fine to arrive at the new time. When we arrived however, we were told that another person was added and we wouldn't be seen until our original appointed time. The scheduler implied on both occasions that I lied and was not apologetic at all for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, my daughter didn't get in until 1/2 hour before she was supposed to be at her destination! Although I like the stylist we came to see, I will NOT be back. Beware of the scheduler. I can overlook this happening once, but twice in two weeks is simply unacceptable.

I don't normally leave reviews. But this one was too hard to pass up. I called up the shop early in…read morethe day to see if they took any walk-ins, which they did and they booked me with Thomas. I asked if they specialized in high and tights, was told yes by the lady who picked up. Guess the owners were obsessed with James Dean, odd. Shop was clean, nobody in the shop other than Thomas. Sat down, Thomas began cutting me up. My hair wasn't that long and complex, pretty much has to cut was was grown over 2 weeks from previous barber. NOPE. he proceeded to give me an undercut on one side and attempted a fade on the other. You can tell when you get an inexperienced barber when they're talking to themselves while cutting you up. Thank god the haircut was $16 for whatever this is. I tipped cause I always do. But stay far away from these barbers. Pretty sure sports clips would of given me a better cut and closer to what I asked for than this!
