This review is about professionalism and communication. Despite showing up on time, tipping, and maintaining positive interactions at every visit, I was abruptly told that I should no longer return because I was "not a good fit." No explanation was given, and there was no effort to discuss the situation or retain my business. Ending a long-term customer relationship without notice or clarification is unprofessional and creates unnecessary confusion. Basic communication would have gone a long way toward handling this appropriately. I am leaving this review so others are aware and can make an informed decision. Transparency and customer service is something this business needs significantly improvement.

This included a haircut, a relaxation treatment with a hand hot wax treatment, facial massage hot towel facial wrap, neck masage, shampoo and conditioner- a $60 value. WOW! She looked at my hair and how it grows and how the waves lay and cut my hair accordingly. She explained my hair grew this way on this side and the waves went that way and showed me how to comb my hair to look good....and do I look good!
