I unlocked the door he looked me in my eyes after I said one minute please and took the clothes and told me to get them myself. Again cussing and storming to the back of the store which only sparked a greater situation which could have been defused by him just giving me my clothes. Again, I have never encountered this gentleman all my others times coming to your store but this took the cake. He started the whole occurrence with a bad attitude. I am more than welcome to speak with the owners as I believe this gentleman doesn't need to be a manager if he can't handle the pressures of the job. Mind you other customers came into your store and he yells through the store, "I am only one person". We have all been there however that is no way to talk to someone or present an out of character experience to those who are paying their money. From the reviews, it looks like I am not the only one with a complaint which hopefully sends a message to the owners of who they have running their store.

This place is a little pricey than the other laundry I recently used ($4.50-12.50 for washers and .85 per 17 minutes for the dryer), but I think we are paying for service and not just convenience. They are open longer (6am-12am). The last wash is at 11am. They have super large washers and dryers so you need fewer machines. Everything works. The staff were seen stocking the refreshments machines and talking with customers. I saw a mixture of families as the elderly. They appear to have cameras and a security system. The hubby loves this pace so we will definitely be back until we move into the new house.

If no one is at the counter when you arrive, they have a tap bell. Overall, we have had positive experiences at Lin's and plan to continue coming here for our occasional dry cleaning needs.

They put the blazer in the middle of the clothes. It was not until I checked that they said something. Additionally, they broke the button off the other blazer and replaced it with a gold one. Not even the same type or color of button. They said NOTHING about any of this. Now they are not willing to reimburse for anything. DO NOT take your clothing here.
