Within the past week, I returned to the cleaner with additional garments for washing and drying, expecting to use the issued credit. However, the new management (Martinizing Of Denver) refused to honor the credit that Anytime Garment Cleaner had previously granted. As I understand it, when a company takes over, it is responsible for all liabilities that the previous company had. As a result, I am now left without the original shirt and without the credit that was promised. I intend to file a small claims court case to recover the cost of the damaged shirt and the unfulfilled credit.
