They have lots of different ice cream options. I love all the unique flavor pairings they have created. Their ice cream and waffle cones are all homemade which makes this place even more desirable. I got a cookie sandwich. I did cinnamon ice cream between two snicker doodle cookies. It was really good. Soft cookies, flavorful ice cream, and lots of cinnamon all over! My husband got the Bourbon one with a waffle cone. This one was different than any ice cream I have tried. It has a nice bourbon flavor with hints of citrus making this a very refreshing choice. Their cones are different than traditional ones as well. They are light and delicate. The thinness of the cone enhances the flavor of the ice cream. I feel like many ice cream cones are so sweet and thick that they overpower the flavor of the ice cream. Not these! I really appreciate that. I would totally get a cone next time for this reason. My one and only complaint would be that employees need better glove training. The very polite and helpful employee was wearing gloves and prepared my ice cream and took my money with the same gloves. Then this employee with the same gloves cleaned tables and then went back to serving ice cream. I see this at a lot of establishments and I think it is absolutely disgusting. I had no idea this was going on or I would have politely asked this employee to change gloves. Other than that, great ice cream and great atmosphere. I liked the spacing of tables and chairs for the pandemic times. The also had lots of plastic partitioning around the ice cream station and no samples. Yum! Love the unique flavors and absolutely creamy! My son and nephew are boring and like regular ice cream flavors, but they enjoyed the salted vanilla bean and strawberry balsamic. We also tried salted caramel, sweet cream stracciatella, and bourbon old fashioned. I'm not a bourbon person, but it was pretty good! This quaint little ice cream shop is my favorite sweet destination when visiting my son at Baylor. I found it by accident 2 yrs ago on the day we moved him into his dorm across the street. The college girls working tonight were so welcoming and gave us some great flavor advice. I had the Brown Butter Pecan on one of their waffle cones. The ice cream was wonderful, but the cone is super thin(and too sweet for me) and broke very easily. My hubby got the Salted Texas Caramel and Bourbon Peach in a cup. I have travelled through Waco on I-35 many times but I haven't stayed in Waco near as often. The area of Waco where this creamery is located is nice with lot's of nice buildings. There's not a ton of parking right outside but there's a parking garage less than 5 mins away by foot which was free when I went here on a Saturday. The decor inside the creamery is really nice, it looks classy. They have a lot of good flavors I decided on butter pecan and salted caramel. Both were very good, the pecan was a little more melted and you can taste the flavor so much better so I thought it was slightly better. The waffle was really good too, it tasted different in a good way from other icecream creameries, it was thinner but packed so much flavor. So as the hubs and I ended our first night on our child free road trip, ice cream was a must. Little did I know what I was walking into.
