They fixed my teen daughter's top two front teeth after the previous dental office (that we will never go to again), left her with temp fillings (after 4 HOURS left in a chair, half-drilled our cavities) that were glaring white and it looked like she had Elmer's glue in between her teeth, making her VERY self-conscious. Acuity did such a stellar job that I can't even see a difference between the finished filling and her adult teeth!! AND she was in the chair less than half an hour!! Bringing my whole family here, from now on. They're amazing.

For years, my other dentists were aware and monitored the crack but this dentist indicated it was a needed fix otherwise if it broke, I'd likely lose the tooth. I had the cap and then my tooth started hurting. I had to then get a root canal which 2 years later I'm being told by another dentist that it has to be redone or the tooth needs pulling. It was an expensive failure. I do not recommend this practice.

I needed a dentist for my normal 6 month cleaning and I also cracked what I thought was a crown. During the cleaning it revealed my tooth was cracked with only one root holding it in place. But I had no pain. When I was told there was an opening later in the day I scheduled for that. The tooth was removed with no issues. Now I will schedule having an implant to fill the gap. The staff were nice welcoming. Unfortunately none of the forms I filled out prior went through so I had to do them all again which was fine. Their technology was super advanced seeing all the images with AI usage was kinda crazy. The hygienist was very friendly, a touch heavy handed but it wasn't that bad so I didn't say anything. The doctor came and checked on me and did a small treatment on my teeth and sent me on my way. Overall it was a good experience and I enjoy going to the dentist.

It was the end of the year so I was able to go back to back. The dishonest part was they billed my insurance for another procedure that hadn't started. Blue Cross made them send the funds back. The office manager denied the billing, but Blue Cross kept me up on everything and had them red flagged to be watched. I was thrilled when they moved close to my house, but I will drive a longer distant to go see my regular dentist and have a great cleaning
