They let me know that this may happen as they don't do any digging. It appears they raked but it was in weeds and loose dirt so without digging all this debris could not be entirely cleaned up. I had gotten a few quotes and their pricing was straightforward and reasonable (not absolute lowest) but communication was above the rest and the execution was as or better than expected!
