I have lived here for a little longer then a year but so far has been pretty ok. This is my first apartment ever so I have nothing to really base it on,but the land lady is very helpful and nice. The maintenance people are honest and and are very helpful. Accidentally damaged carpet and landlady said it was fine and my down deposit would be able to cover the cost. My job sometimes keeps me from paying rent on the first of the month but I have been allowed to extend it till the 3rd without any payment extras. All in all a good first place to live. The only problem I is the rent will slightly go up the less tenets there is. Roughly a extra 30 dollar, but maintenance does a lot of good work and are very punctual if you need help. read more

Let's start by this: -manager (on site)is a great lady. -neighbors are amazing. -maintenance crew are helpful and you will find them when you need them. why I give it a 1 star? here is the story My wife and I moved in on march 2014, apartment was clean but carpet was old at least 3 years old. the manager back then tried to delay our move in until the carpet get thoroughly cleaned but we had to move in ASAP so it wasn't that clean and I have the pictures.we moved out on march 2016 after spending a whole day cleaning, washing the blinds and trying our best to put the apartment in a normal wear and tear condition. The on-site manager said that she knows the apartment is not in a bad condition and hopefully her boss will refund some of the $600 security deposit back which was fair as I wasn't expecting the whole amount back. I asked this great lady to call me and let me know her boss's decision. Apparently her boss(the owner)is not a very honest guy cause he took advantage of holding my money. the lady called couple days after we moved out and told me that the boss said the carpet will have to be changed and it will cost $1000 so you will not get anything out of the deposit. If only you could hear the voice of this lady on the phone knowing that this is totally unfair but she cant do anything about it. Luckily, I have the pictures of the carpet from when we moved in and when we moved out including the damage i made and I will go to small claims court to get my money back once I get free time from work.
