Bill and his crew refinished the hardwood floor in my bedroom. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional. They moved the furniture out of the room and replaced the furniture when they were finished which meant a great deal to me as I couldn't do it and I didn't have anyone who could do it for me. They did an excellent job removing all of the marks on the floor. The bedroom floor is connected to the same flooring in the hallway and Bill did an excellent job of matching the stain for the two sections of flooring. The floor looks fantastic. I am downsizing and selling this house, so I wanted the bedroom floor to look as good as the rest of flooring. I was so happy with Bill's work that I told him if the new place I move to doesn't have hardwood floors, I will be calling him again to install new flooring. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC COMPANY!!!!!! My wife and I were on a tight budget. We put a idea number in place and called around for estimates. Received 3 estimates and it was like Bill read our minds. His estimate was within a few bucks to our set budget. For the amount of work we wanted we were sure the budget would have to come up. But that isn't the best part, Bill and Zach showed up on time ready to get to work. Covered our cabinets and appliances to protect them from what little dust they made. From installation to sanding. We called Bill on Wednesday 4/9 and requested he come out to look at our hardwood floors and give us a quote to refinish them and 5 stair treads. He came out Thursday 4/10 in the evening. His quote was comparable to others we had out. We decided to go with Bill because he was very personable, did the work himself and a crew and didn't farm it out to his crew alone, has been in the business a long time, didn't try to push his company or an immediate decision. Bill started working on Friday Afternoon and was finished by Monday morning in time for us to move in on Thursday. We have now had two floors done by these guys. They are efficient, professional, hard-working and reasonable. But most of all, they are honest. We were going to refinish a floor before selling our home, and even though they would have made more money, they advised against it. They cleaned up the floors, and the floors looked beautiful. In our most recent business with them, they refinished 100 year old floors. They were covered in dents, dings, and pet stains. Now, they are gorgous. They did a fantastic job. My house is from the 1940s and the floors were in need of refinishing as I was getting ready to list the house for sale. Bill did a restoration project for me on a 114 year old oak floor with multiple floor patterns and did an incredible job. He was very competitive with his quote and was very fair with me when he had to do extra work for me and was able to get over and finish the project in a timely fashion.
