He sees my truck and starts screaming at me and waving arms. I could hear with my window's all rolled up. Real class act....... 8/24/26 - on my way to work. Kyle getting out of his truck parked in front of the building he rents in town with the obnoxious branding immediately sees my truck coming and again with the windows up he begins yelling directly at me in my truck. Driving at 25 MPH with windows up I could still hear him call me some sort of ____ but google won't post my review if I say what he said. Class act, proud small business owner, psycho. At this point, if you allow this fool to touch your property, it's on you. BTW, I hear other local roofers are quite happy cleaning up after this crew's messes...... Should be more like uncrafted. 08/26/26 On my way to work. Infront of the store front sits a brand new BMW and as I drive down the public street I get flipped off by none other than everybody's least favorite scamming roofer Kyle the Uncrafted guy. Another new vehicle to the UNCRAFTED Fleet. Another compensation device. If you can't be proud of your work, at least be proud of what you drive.

Chad was very meticulous which is what you want for hardwood floors (our front door was low and it would have scraped the floors. Spring of 2019 Steve…read morecreated a landscape design surrounding our home and detached garage to be completed after our deck and surrounding fence were completed. Long story short, their was a delay in completing the job. Wrong color of fence arrived, deck finished late in the summer and I decided to wait until spring of 2020. As soon as we were allowed out of quarantine I called Tholens in Kankakee to get a completed estimate and arrange for work to begin. I stopped by to speak with Steve, a gentleman went to get him and 30 minutes later, I am still waiting and no Steve. Even the girl at the counter seemed clueless but didn't offer to remind him I was waiting. I called for an appointment and was told I didn't need one, he was there 6 days a week. So I dropped by as suggested and spoke to his wife, went through the plans and discussed color. Steve was to return my call with the estimate. Didn't hear from him and called the following Monday. Still no estimate (even though the design was complete dimensions and all). I have done similar estimates, just sit down for 30 minutes with a pencil and calculator. I was told they were very busy, I asked should I call the following Monday(week later) and was told yes. I called 3 more times and was pretty much ghosted. I feel like they were trying to humiliate me, because that's how I feel. I don't need to be told yes, I just want the truth. A good business design: don't tell people you are too busy it's insulting. call back so they can move on, let the customers know you can't do the work this season or ever for that matter and you won't get a bad review on yelp. ps....this was a significant job
