The guy they sent out, no fault of his, said it happens all the time where the lines get dirt from cutting them in the first place and they are in too much of a hurry to clean them upon installation so they come back and make even more later! After speaking with Roger I was confident that all of my belongings would be handled in the most careful, professional and efficient way.
