Kimberly was an excellent instructor; she patiently answered all of my questions and helped me figure out how to use different materials in different ways. She had a very generous amount of supplies for us to use and we learned enough to inspire us at home in making our creations. Highly recommend Life in the Craft Room as they have an amazing list of classes, a great workspace and fabulous instruction!

We found it fascinating to delve into the historical background of stained glass art and to learn that the vibrant glass materials are sourced from various places like estate sales and renovated old buildings, imbuing each piece with a unique story and a sense of significance. The detailed explanations provided for each stage of the process and the tools utilized were greatly appreciated - the hands-on learning approach made acquiring a new skill feel particularly rewarding by the end of the session. The hidden gem that is the stained glass class within the Laurel Park mall pleasantly surprised us, and we're eagerly looking forward to returnin

I would prefer to give them a 3.5 but since that is not an option I'm going to settle on 4. They…read morewere very accommodating to a last minute reservation for 7 of us. Yet, what was really frustrating was that during the instructions in the beginning, since none of us had been to THIS specific pottery location, there was no mention of a studio fee if we stayed over our reservation time. I have been to multiple pottery painting places (mostly in IN) and this is the first that I was charged for every extra 30 minutes of studio time. (I think it was 30 min) My daughter and I were the last of the party to finish. So, all the other girls had left. The studio was not full at all either. We ended up staying I think an hour or hour and a half past the time everyone else left. Never once was this studio fee mentioned. If I had known I would have left her piece as it was or had her get something smaller in the beginning. Knowing ahead of time would have made me less irritated. I definitely will not be going back specifically because of this studio fee not being mentioned and them having one. Pottery painting is a treat for me personally as it and knowing I'm on a time crunch really ruins the enjoyment of it. The staff were nice enough, and they had a good selection of pieces to choose from as well.

Really cute spot! I would classify this place as a Japanese products store that serves…read morecoffee/tea/boba. They had stationery (e.g. notebooks and cards), Japanese and Korean makeup, a lot of gachapon machines, and other anime merchandise. We had a nice time browsing! The makeup section was a nice surprise. The gachapon is a bit expensive (1 token is like $2 and the machines require like 4 or 5 tokens depending on the toy) but I don't know the going rate for gachapon so maybe that's standard pricing? The drinks area is at the back of the store and there is ample seating to the side. The employee was friendly. I ordered a milk tea which was pleasant, not the best I've had but the price was very reasonable. The tapioca was interesting, irregularly shaped and chewy, and the core was a bit harder than the rest of it. My friend enjoyed her matcha. I can see this being a nice place to bring your sushi/bento from One World Market next door, grab a drink, and hang out!

Some Japanese items, so many Manga figurines and key chain charms and stickers too. The slippers and sleep gear actually looks comfortable. Lots of Japanese makeup here too. The green tea is ok. Service is quick and fast. The tapioca is so, doesn't taste ad chewy as I had hoped. The Mango bubble and mango tea is ok.
