I went into the shop and showed KJ the bad microblading on my eyebrows. He said laser would remove it and recommended a test spot because on 33% of people their skin turns red/pink. I scheduled the appointment on the phone with KJ for the test spot. When I checked in they called me by the wrong name, I said my name and sat down. The next person comes out and calls me by another wrong name (bad sign) and I corrected her, said I was there for a test spot laser removal. Two women took me back and I now realize that the gal didn't know what she was doing and had never done this before and the other was there to watch/help/train. Total incompetence by both of them, she blew air on my eye (WTF) and lasered the wrong test spot. I've gotten 4 piercings done here the jewelry always irritates them and I have to change it in order to heal it even though it's $70 per piece, used a butterfly back on my helix and had to change it as soon as possible because it wouldn't heal and kept falling off. Also got my rook done about a month ago and since then the hoop has fallen out twice and now I can't get it back in and will have to get it re pierced which will be another $130. The piercing process is good and staff is nice but I shouldn't wake up to a hoop no longer in my ear when i'm paying $130 per piercing. read more

Came here awhile back with my friend. My Tragus piercing is messed up. My friends daith pericing was messed up too they didn't use the right jewelry . We went to iron clad almost 7 months after because both of our earrings were not healing after that it only took 2 weeks to heal. I have 3 piercings from KJ and they're okay but way overpriced. When I spoke to a front desk person she said a septum would be 75 but when I went to get it it was 85 plus tip made it over a hundred and it's CROOKED just like KJ's business ethics. Crazy expensive. I got my daith pierced here when I was 16 so I didn't know any better than what KJ was telling me, and KJ told me I would have to come back if I wanted to get it taken out because I needed a magnet to open it. I had never heard of that but it wasn't until years later that I got my septum and realized the jewelry is... the exact same. He lied to me so he could get 20 dollars just to get it taken out and put back in. Save your money and go somewhere ethical. read more

Annoyed with their customer service. Purchased an industrial earring from Kj a month or so ago& was very happy loved it. It started to hurt after a while and became crusty (which has never happened to me ever) so I wanted to go back in and have him switch it back. I walk in and and he greets me very salty (okay) then I tell him the situation and that it's hurting & he looks at me with a blank stare like I'm making it up and says ok well you have to wait 20-:30 minutes.
