Everything for hone owners i recently had a plumbing problem, and I called a plumber in mahopac, which is very reputable.People have been using them for years but when I called a management company to tell them they said I couldn't use them. I had to use theirs, which is not fair. Because theirs coast may triple the price, and of course, they're gonna say it was my fault. Because they have a contract with Heritage Hills, it's all a scam, just like somebody else wrote, it's a big scam. The management company cost me over 400dollars when I told a regular plumber. They said, that's for industrial, that price that wasn't for a house. They said. What whatever you do in your house that breaks is your responsibility. I shouldn't be responsible for pipes behind the wall that are 40 years old. And on top of that, there's nobody that lives in my house. For 6 months out of the year we areh snowbirds, we live in Florida half the year and here half the year, so there's no way my husband flushed the toilet. And walked dirt and pebbles and grease came up through the shower net signs of an outsithe pipe. But of course, they were right. The management company because they know a lot of people. But the truth is, they are terrible. It's just a waste of money. And it's who, you know. And if it's family members where you live, where they live, they get everything for free. That's why I don't bother voting for border directors. I don't know who any of them are. And I don't really care to know who they're other, or for themselves. But it's a terrible management company. Every dog has its stay if karma will definitely get him back. Get them all back in that office. Especially the owner he thinks he's very intimidating. He doesn't scam me. I hate my care of other people. But not me, I don't scare that easy, cause. I basically know what goes on in management companies because I retired from one the biggest one in the city. You're at the starting line. So this company, they were all full of it. They do what's best for them.
I just can't wait for the day to come when they do get rid of them. Because everybody's trying again to get rid of them. We must be paying off somebody.
That's why I say, be careful what you wish for the other management company we had. Everybody complained, and this one is a 100 times worse across the country right now. Is excruciating? And I am nothing else to say but good luck to them, cause I would never live in a condo or any property that Herbert hills manages, like I said, I don't live up here. All year long so I know that pipe was not my fault. Of course, they're gonna say it's my fault because the management company contracted them. They were just a scam. If you read the reviews about it, you'll see I'm not the only one that's writing this. It's a big scam, the management company. It's a good way to embezzle money, oh, just keep adding on assessments and raising the maintenance cause. That's all they do up here. And you get nothing in return for it.
