Having moved to Thornton recently I became aware that they have no mail delivery to your home. You have to have a PO Box. Okay cool no buggy. But for the fact that order online from most companies do not allow delivery to one. If you put your street address in it usually does not except because it is not a US postal address. Of course cross referencing the po box and street address could solve the problem, however since the employees don't have this problem themselves. They don't care!!!! The waste of money that this facility causes by sending items back to the main sorting facility to have it forwarded right back with the po box is same post office is offensive to this tax payer. As well as Ms postal worker doing it out of spite. I was told by her that she would send my mail back if no po box on address. Needless to say I no longer shop on line. Although Post Office says it can be done. Looking at the attire of many of the employees. Shopping is not something they do. Unless dirty jeans and T Shirts are what ur looking for. Other post offices have much better selections. Even small ones like Burson or Wallace and service is much better. While doing the paperwork she noticed that their " acknowledgment form" wasn't correct so she did what they had on their paper and then she had what state of California wants as an acknowledgment form so she brought that out and had me sign it and she stamped it herself as well. Super professional by noticing the incorrect verbiage. When making the appt with her I liked the fact that she sent the confirmation as a way to put it into your calendar. Not too many people do that. Her prices are very very competitive and one of the best. I had 4 different quotes. A dew around $65-$75. She charges only $40. He is very straightforward and transparent, if something cannot be done because of permitting issues, or if a structure is not worth saving, he will tell you directly instead of wasting your time and money.
