When the infection burst it was a TON of yellowish/brown infection and 1 tablet which had not dissolved at all. YES, I kept it and put in baggie and took to this office. I was there for blood-work just a week after that happened, so since I had gotten infection (due to them) I asked to talk to one of the 4 Doctors that work there. She started off by saying "well, the human body sometimes doesn't absorb things the way it should"...!!! SO let me get this straight, 4-5 months after inserting 8 tablets into my body and 7 dissolved completely, but 1 did not dissolve at all, and that has ANYTHING to do with my bodies absorption ability??????? I cut her off at that point because I am not real keen on being lied to, especially by a Doctor who swore an oath. I asked for at minimum a Credit for the $100+ I had spent going to my family Doctor twice and paying for antibiotic at pharmacy, but rather than giving me a Credit for the $100 I spent (I also spent gas, time off work, etc...) they instead sent me a letter in the mail saying I am no longer welcome there as a patient... That was fine as I was 100% leaving anyway, but this place is the least professional medical facility I have ever had the misfortune of going to. I strongly recommend you go ANYWHERE else but here.

She and her fiancé were asked a VERY unprofessional and uncomfortable question. I will not say it on here, but we will be calling to file a complaint. It is a shame that you go in to be seen, expecting professionalism and humanism, only to be disrespected because you are young. They brushed it off, but this doctor needs to be dealt with.

My first visit was thorough and delightful--I was told the increased levels of hormones they prescribed and adding estrogen was going to protect my heart, brain and bones and help me lose some of my menopause weight. I came for my follow up and she did not have record in front of her that I had previously been on any hormones, so I had to start over explaining. She was short and did not follow up with the pelvic floor therapy she had told me she would find out about for me. Yellow flag. The kicker: this week, after being 6 years post-menopause, I started heavy dark brown bleeding. I had fallen the day before and was very worried this bleeding was related. I was scared and called, was transferred to the nurse's line--she never called me back. I ended up in Urgent Care who sent me to ER. After the stress and expense of that I was released--hours and many tests later they no idea what was going on. The next day I called and left another voicemail for the nurse, saying I wanted help, for somebody to tell me how to wean myself off these hormones. Never heard back. Later that day I started a "normal" period! I called yet again on Friday morning , this time to leave a voicemail message with the front desk that I wanted a medical professional to call me. I did not hear back. I have never in my life been treated this way by a medical facility, I cannot even believe it. There is absolutely no excuse.

I was a new patient to the practice and she examined me and suggested a hysterectomy for minor fibroids that I had for years. I religiously had GYN visits for the last 10 years and had been tracking the fibroids. To have someone tell me they grew that much within 12 months sounded incredulous so I had a second opinion. As expected, I did not need a hysterectomy. Of course, I never went back. BEWARE! Also the AC was broken and they offered me water from a urine sample cup. Of course I said no thank you. Just an unprofessional practice all around. I was never so degraded by a healthcare practice in my life. I have happily moved on to a REAL GYN doctor.
