The on-site Manager is excellent, the support staff are very friendly and professional. Always right on a problem, which has been rare so far. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Homeland, Kum&Go, several restaurants, and banking nearby. All are within walking distance. Our children are grown and we are not from Muskogee, so I could not attest to schools in the area. There is a nightly, competent, security patrol. I have been in law enforcement and security for over 30 years So others who are in this line of work KNOW what I mean by competent. The apartments are roomy and have a homey feel. We could not be happier. And the cat likes it too!!! We have been there almost a year and have no plans of moving anytime soon!!!!

This place charges way more in rent than it's actually worth I pay $960 for a 2 bed 2 bath. They make you pay $40 for water for the pool that isn't open in the summer. Trash is everywhere all the time because the dumpsters are rarely emptied. Maintenance will take forever to bandaid the problem. Pests here are something they don't advertise. They have a major squirrel and roach problem like in the buildings. But if a squirrel or other pest causes damages your supposed to pay for it. This place used to be good it's seriously fallen off track and I don't see it getting any better. Management the last two have taken sides in neighborhood interpersonal conflict. I've observed their display of favoritism repeatedly despite their claims of not picking sides. Honestly if I would've known the issues I was about to walk into at this place I would've just gone somewhere else. Don't pay extra for the bare minimum when you can get that for free some place else.

When we moved in, the apartment was still dirty, and the keys didn't work. The rent was raised $50-$100 at the end of every lease, yet the property is always getting worse. Flooded sidewalks (actual rivers when it rains), the fences have all fallen or rotted away (except for RIGHT in front of the office. Absolutely nobody picks up after their dogs, and the walls are more thin than paper. They rented me an apartment that was the style of the apartment complex owners before them, they renovated almost all of the others, and charged me the same for my un-renovated apartment. I've never seen the maintenance workers more than a month, and good luck getting maintenance done. I told them my dishwasher flooded my apartment (never used it) and they continued to let it happen saying it was a 'drain problem'. Then they were informed that my stove was sparking, they still did nothing. This place should be avoided like the plague.
