Roots were growing in the pipes and made the water backup. As a result, they replaced the carpet, but gave me carpet thaat did not match the carpet in the unit without letting me know beforehand. I was forced to live with two tone carpet. My list goes on and on. I felt disrespected living there, even though I paid my rent on tie every month. They raise the rent by hundreds annually. My first impression is PRG Real Estate Management does not invest their earnings to improve living standards/conditions. It's 2021 and the washer/dryer appears to be from the 70s/80s. The model and model photo washer/dryer wasn't old, which in my opinion is misleading. We are ok with the white kitchen appliances but making the change to stainless steel should be a priority. The refrigerator could be bigger and the stove upgraded to flat top. The sink is not two sided which I knew about when leasing but it's like, why? The closets haven't been updated with the new standard white wire shelving. There's trash on the floor in the master bedroom. The patio is filthy with rotted railings. The front door apt number has rusted nails sticking out. Multiple cracks in the ugly popcorn ceiling. There's no microwave and no linen closet. The toilets were dirty and there's dust in the corner of the ceilings. It smells bad like cigarette smoke. These apartments are extremely overpriced. It's disappointing and I'm glad we're only leasing here until our new home is built. Already counting down the days. Please invest in making this a better place for your tenants. The return on that investment will be huge.

We were nightly frustrated with loud music and people in the street screaming. Christmas night there was a huge fight just outside my apartment. We had our delivery packages repeatedly stolen to where we had to get an Amazon locker for delivery's. The back trash area of the trash is ALWAYS over flowing and so gross you don't want to go near it. Yet, you are forced to pay the mandatory charge of $30 a month for "valet trash service" at your door. This only 4 days a week if you're lucky and depending on the mood of trash people they may or may not take your trash, yet you can't opt out. Run far and fast from this property.
