I was directed to go there after experiencing a car accident. I could feel the tension as soon as I arrived st the office . Donna literally looked down on me and spoke to me like I was a child. My phone died and I was unable to provide the claim adresss, but I did give Donna the claim number. DONNA literally yelled at me, stating "I can't deal with you people, and you people always forget stuff". The doctor was there while Donna yelled, and she didn't do a thing. No one said a word regarding her belittling and ignorant behavior. I will never come back to this office again. I would seriously think twice before going.

She is such a joy to go to and I can trust her to make the necessary adjustments to align my body. She is always so positive and I can't recommend her enough. Treatment usually also involves stim and ultrasound (they use bio freeze for the ultrasound and it's like a mini massage.. my favorite). Ive read some of the other reviews and do think that maybe one of the assistants that work there are not my favorite (not terrible but not over the top friendly if that's what you're expecting.. except dr Shannon haha she is definitely so smiley and friendly ) but overall the staff is pleasant and personable.

He has absolutely no bedside manners, and lacks professionalism. When a teen is going through anxiety and depression after the loss of his father, you don't tell him to snap out of it. Especially not the first time you meet him. I never asked about his family and his son's high school and college years, but somehow he felt he had the right to compare the two. Now I know why he has so many next day openings, when our regular doctor is booked out almost 2 months. Never again!!!!

They told me my internist left so I need to ask this dr ( Joglekar), she came in & quickly said it's up to me to take it or wait until the lab results are in, she spent less then 5 min, I thought it's was just a question answer type no visit was done, she didn't do any thing ( none)& she quickly left the room didn't even want to stay longer & answer any other question. About 1.5 month later I receive a bill from the office that dr charged me for office visit. Called the office talk to billing raised my concerns, talk to front desk & they all told me this is an office visit & u were on schedule & there is an office visit note from the dr. I never had an office visit scheduled & when Dr.Joglekar's walked in she acted like she is just answering my question nothing more then that.

Dr. Anderson excels as a diagnostician…read more Hearing the same symptoms, Dr. Anderson got the diagnosis (and treatment) right when 2 dentists, 2 ER doctors, and 1 neurologist were headed in other directions. Similarly, about 3 years ago when I first met Dr. Anderson, she diagnosed sleep apnea when it was missed for the 7 prior years by a neurologist and 2 previous primary care physicians. I prefer Dr. Anderson's Skokie office location; where her staff are warm and helpful at getting tests approved or expedited.
