She is such a joy to go to and I can trust her to make the necessary adjustments to align my body. She is always so positive and I can't recommend her enough. Treatment usually also involves stim and ultrasound (they use bio freeze for the ultrasound and it's like a mini massage.. my favorite). Ive read some of the other reviews and do think that maybe one of the assistants that work there are not my favorite (not terrible but not over the top friendly if that's what you're expecting.. except dr Shannon haha she is definitely so smiley and friendly ) but overall the staff is pleasant and personable.

He has absolutely no bedside manners, and lacks professionalism. When a teen is going through anxiety and depression after the loss of his father, you don't tell him to snap out of it. Especially not the first time you meet him. I never asked about his family and his son's high school and college years, but somehow he felt he had the right to compare the two. Now I know why he has so many next day openings, when our regular doctor is booked out almost 2 months. Never again!!!!

I called the office( I see another dr there) to go for urine test since was experiencing UTI…read moresymptoms ( it wasn't first time that I went there for urine test), they couldn't rule out if there was an infection so they just sent antibiotic to the pharmacy in case there is an infection. I asked if I can just ask my dr if it's wise to take the antibiotic or wait for the test results. They told me my internist left so I need to ask this dr ( Joglekar), she came in & quickly said it's up to me to take it or wait until the lab results are in, she spent less then 5 min, I thought it's was just a question answer type no visit was done, she didn't do any thing ( none)& she quickly left the room didn't even want to stay longer & answer any other question. About 1.5 month later I receive a bill from the office that dr charged me for office visit. Called the office talk to billing raised my concerns, talk to front desk & they all told me this is an office visit & u were on schedule & there is an office visit note from the dr. I never had an office visit scheduled & when Dr.Joglekar's walked in she acted like she is just answering my question nothing more then that.

Dr. Anderson excels as a diagnostician…read more Hearing the same symptoms, Dr. Anderson got the diagnosis (and treatment) right when 2 dentists, 2 ER doctors, and 1 neurologist were headed in other directions. Similarly, about 3 years ago when I first met Dr. Anderson, she diagnosed sleep apnea when it was missed for the 7 prior years by a neurologist and 2 previous primary care physicians. I prefer Dr. Anderson's Skokie office location; where her staff are warm and helpful at getting tests approved or expedited.

Prior to this experience, my Mom warned me that it might take a while because Dr. Herman ALWAYS makes her wait and NEVER seen her at the time of her appointment. She has had hour-plus long waits. I know some doctors are like that so I figured what can you do. This was the first time I took my Mom to this office. So we were seven minutes late which was my fault. I didn't anticipate how bad the traffic would be and it took a little while from the parking lot because my Mom uses a wheelchair to get around. So we check-in at the reception desk and we both apologize for being late to the receptionist. She responds, "I will see if Dr. Herman still wants to see you since your late" and walks to the back. I just stood there and knew this was going to be bad. The receptionist comes back and tells us that Dr. Herman took another patient who had a later appointment and that "it will be a while" till she will see my Mom. I took the day off of work and my Mom couldn't delay this appointment so we said that was fine. (What horrible luck that the first time in ten years Dr. Herman was on time and going to see my Mom right away!!!) *Sarcasm* We waited in the waiting area for over 45 minutes as we watched other patients who were seeing other doctors in this office go in right away. Some without even having to sit down. Evidently, my Mom likes Dr. Herman and is fine with having to wait since she has been a patient of hers for ten-plus years but to me it speaks volumes that the other doctors in this practice don't make their patients wait. DR. HERMAN CLEARLY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE'S TIME BUT HER OWNS. Next a "nurse" opens the door to the back office to let my Mom know it's her turn. As I aforementioned, my Mom is in a wheelchair so she told me while we were waiting that the nurses will take her inside and I can wait in the waiting area. So, I hesitated when the nurse came out but when she didn't move from the door I asked her if she wanted me to take my Mom inside or if she want to. The nurse rolled her eyes, sighed, and said, "What!" in response. That is when I had enough and said, "Is that how you talk to people?" I got up and proceeded to take my Mom inside the office and told the nurse, "if you don't like your job than maybe you should look into doing something else." I was an octave louder than I usually talk at this point but I certainly wasn't yelling. The nurse responded in these exact words, "you are acting like a..." I waited with bated breath for her to finish that sentence but she caught herself and stopped talking. I asked, "acting like what?" and waited. After ten seconds of silence, I helped my Mom into the room and went to the waiting area without saying anything else. My Mom told me the nurse didn't take any of her vitals or did anything that a nurse usually does before seeing their doctor. In top of that, my Mom waited another 30-plus minutes in that room waiting for Dr. Herman. Then for the Coup de Gras. After my Mom was done. Instead of the nurse wheeling my Mom to the waiting area. She called the receptionist to tell me that my Mom was done and I can go back there to get her. When I went in back, the nurse was just sitting at her cubical that sat across from the room my Mom was in, doing absolutely nothing. This nurse was by the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with in the medical field. This was by far my worst experience ever dealing with a doctor and their office and I wasn't even the patient!!! If you value your time and don't want to deal with unprofessionalism at its best. DON'T become a patient or Dr Herman!!!!

Shes very progressive, and listens to you, my pet peeve with health care professionals is when they yawn as ur pouring ur heart out them! Dr kuptel not once has ever done this! That in and of it self says alot about a dr.! At least to me, i just happened to stumble into this site and i was astonished there werent any great reviews about her!
