She said twice she would email us the chosen products but never got an email or follow up. Would not recommend coming here unless you're unable to do your own online shopping.

Of the two products I ordered on 9/26, one didn't ship until 10/4 and didn't arrive until 10/10. The other product, as of 10/23, still hasn't even shipped. I wrote an email to inquire about it, and apparently the items in my order were processed "for drop ship direct from manufacturer" and the remaining item hasn't even been manufactured yet. If I'd known it was just going to be direct from manufacturer, I'd have gone to any of the dozens of other websites offering the same thing for lower cost and with free shipping. On the positive side, at least I've received part of my order so it isn't like they've just disappeared with my money, and customer service responded on the next business day so that's nice. I'm just super frustrated that I won't receive my items within the needed timeframe despite explicitly picking a more expensive store with the items "in stock".

We are extremely grateful we used East West Electric to do our house rewire. We bought a 1922 build…read morehouse and the home inspection identified wiring concerns. Vartan gave us several options and costing to resolve. He didn't try and push any one option but did a great job of explaining the pros and cons of each. We went with a panel upgrade and a total house rewire. Vartan was on top of the project from day one. Permitting could have been a lengthy delay but we got it in a day, in large part because Vartan worked with the inspector directly and took the initiative to ensure both his and my responsibilities were carried out in a timely fashion. He and his crew were punctual, polite and made every effort to minimize the impact they were making on the house as they ran the new wires. Cuts in the drywall were clean circles and they even saved the inserts to facilitate patching once they were done. Communication with Vartan throughout the project was very straight forward. He was very flexible about our specific needs for the house and replaced bedroom lights with ceiling fans and added a living room light at no extra cost for the labor. He made sure he understood what we wanted for our new home and went out of his way to make sure the wiring and hardware were a good fit. His total cost was very reasonable and the lower of the two bids we received for the job. I will be using Vartan and his crew for any future electrical needs and giving his details to any friends asking for an electrician referral.
