My experience was very underwhelming. I already knew what shoes I wanted to purchase, there was a floor model my size which was perfect however when the second pair was bought out I notice the soles were two different color. The sale associate was going to sell me those shoes and not even address the discoloration. Before he ran my card I pointed it out and asked for a different pair which of course they did not have in stock and requested it to be ordered. For a luxury brand I expected better customer service and to be treated well. It was quite a disappointing experience and will not be purchasing another pair. read more

We visited the Hermès store at The Mall at Millenia this weekend to purchase shoes. I had already decided what I wanted, so I was expecting a swift and smooth transaction. However, the service I received was quite underwhelming. A young male sales associate simply brought the shoes from the back without any greeting or explanation, and then stood there silently. After I completed the payment and received my purchase, he said, "Enjoy. Thank you guys." To be honest, I found that remark quite off-putting. Using "guys" felt overly casual and, frankly, somewhat disrespectful for a luxury brand like Hermès. In a boutique of this caliber, one expects a more refined and personalized level of service. I believe this associate could benefit from additional customer service training, especially related to tone and language. A small change--like addressing a single customer directly and professionally--would go a long way in enhancing the luxury experience Hermès is known for. read more

The store at Mall of Millenia was beautiful there was a short wait list so we decided to finish our shopping and return and were helped with our final purchase. The staff are attentive and professional. The children were given coloring pencils and coloring posters as we left the store and the store associate thanked us for our business. read more

I visited Hermes this past Saturday while wandering around Mall at Millennia. There was no line to get in, a stark contrast to the locations in SoCal I used to visit where you could wait minutes to hours to get in. For the most part I was allowed to browse in peace, but it took a while for anyone in the store to acknowledge my presence or ask if I needed help. Eventually when I looked at a pair of sneakers that I wanted to try on, a lady finally asked if I needed assistance and I asked if there was a 36.5 or 37 for me to try on. She scanned the shoe and checked, but said the shoe wasn't available in store in those sizes or any colors. She suggested I try the 36 in case so I could rule that out. I did determine it was too small and she said I could order online, as she was unable to transfer stock to this location. I asked to look at leather planner/notebook covers and she showed me one, but said they didn't have stock in the Ulysses style that allows you to snap in a replacement notebook/planner once full. I would say that the lady that assisted me was polite, if not a little formal and maybe not as warm or friendly as say some of the others helping other clients. Perhaps she was having an off day, but it seemed like it required a lot of effort for her to assist me with a potential sale. (I was surprised she did not make the offer to order and have something shipped to my address instead, like other brands have done. Rarely have I encountered a case where someone referred me to the website which does not result in commission for the associates.) Prior to her approaching me, there was another associate or guard who I greeted when I came in, but he did not return the greeting or even a smile. (Not sure if he was having an off day as well, but the atmosphere didn't feel welcoming.) I sense this location isn't one of the destination locations, which could explain the out of stocks on items. There were no bags shown in cases or anywhere in the store, which seems to match what some acquaintances told me before going. (Many warned it was difficult to get any kind of a bag at that location, due to the fact that it was not a destination or flagship boutique that receives a ton of stock.) With regard to parking, you would be better off coming around opening for the mall and parking, instead of trying to go when it's busy and struggling to find a spot. While I'm not planning to buy a bag from the brand, I would be hard pressed to come back for anything here. Certainly didn't feel very welcome and it was a bit disappointing that other items were out of stock. read more

This is where I find my happiness these days between crazy pressure from work, squeezing time for family/baby, and other stress in life. I swear orange boxes relieve all of that in no time! Everyone in this store is SO friendly! Sometimes I'm there just to buy something super small, or my SA is not there, everyone else will still make effort to help you in whatever way they can. And even the door guard knows you by name, who your SA is, and will help get him/her for you without you asking. I LOVED all of the personal touch! I really think the Store Managers/Assistant Managers/Directors have done an AMAZING job hiring and building such a great team culture, I truly believe it will translates down to better/long-lasting client relationships. And most importantly, my SA, Johnny, is the absolute best and my reason to constantly shop here. He WILL try his best to help you find what you need, even if it's something that's not in stores or something as small as a hard-to-find Twilly. I haven't gotten my dream bag yet, but I know without asking that he's trying! With all that said, love my home Hermès store in every way!! read more

While we are brand loyal, and truly appreciate the brands focus on high quality. We visited the Hermès located at the Mall of Millennial today 12/29/21, we were highly disappointed in our interaction with the store manager by the name of Angela. She was extremely aggressive, rude, and angry at something unknown to us. The aggressive interaction should not be acceptable to anyone, shame on her for redirecting whatever is eating away at her, on brand loyal customers. I love coming to Orlando just to shop at one of my favorite stores Hermès. The staff has always been very friendly to me and I do have my own personal SA which makes it even better. Every visit I am always offered champagne and the staff is always patient and willing to show me different items that are also online if it's not in the store. Although I have not been offered a kelly or Birkin I think one or two more purchases will get me there. read more

There was a lady behind us in line without any appts (she mentioned that to the security guy), but she was taken first for some reason. Also the mask requirements is unreasonable, as the whole mall is mask free and masks are optional in Orlando for the fully vaccinated people. Totally disappointed in service and attitude. read more
