Clint was on a dump run, but took time to tell me how their operation works. He told me to complete the order on their website. It was so easy to do. Our clients had to pick up the trash out of their driveway as a result. I cannot get this company to respond to my emails regarding the "refund" that I'm supposed to receive after they required a $772.50 deposit to use their unprofessional services. I am not happy with their customer service, or lack thereof. I recommend using The Big Dumpster in Bryan/College Station instead of TCW, hands down!! I should have used the Big Dumpster from the beginning, lesson learned.
