Best roofer in Houston! Bid was competitive, the work on the roof was so detail oriented it amazed us, including our neighbors. The professionalism from beginning to end was the best I've ever experienced from a contractor. Yulisa and Jose have been great to work with, they are very responsive and provided me with lots of pictures and updates when the project was underway. This was extremely helpful for me as I live out of state and was trying to monitor and manage the work from afar. Jose explained all the work to us in advance and went over all options with us before we started. They provided a detailed estimated that went over all the work that was found after the roof was inspected. After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened. Terrific quick response, price and quality work. I had them put on a new roof in summer 2024 after another contractor failed to repair a leak. It leaked the 1st time it rained. Then that same contractor then wanted extra money to replace the roof because they couldnt fix the leak after 3 times. So I got 3 estimates. Then choose Hernandez Roofing. They provided the documents required by our HOA. After approval, they installed it over the weekend. Awesome work. Only 1 issue to report. That same room that was leaking originally was still leaking. But they came by immediately to diagnose it. They decided to patch most of the chimney. That was it. No more leaks. Hard to believe the chimney area that wasnt close to the roof was the source of the leak. Its been over 6 months now with no leaks so Im confident to give them a good review. We hired Jose to clean our roof gutters and couldn't have been more pleased. I appreciate that he paid close attention to detail and truly cared about the quality of work. After he was done, my gutters were the cleanest I've ever seen - all leaves were hand removed, small debris was blown away, and certain areas of the outside panel were even wiped clean. He offered to fix a loose/bent gutter section for a nominal fee. The repair was needed for a long time so I'm glad he noticed. Jose is a friendly and polite.
