Great place to get your flooring material with fair prices. But that's about it. Everything else is horrible from customer service, communication to picking up your product purchased. Called in and Steven helped me with placing my order. I told him that I wanted to pay half for deposit and the rest when picked up. But few days later, a charge for the full amount. At least tell your customer you plan on charging in full. Pickup is hectic as a lot of people are there also when they open to pick up their items. After confirming order they tell you to wait out by the loading dock until someone helps you and then to pull in to a loading area. But after someone helps you, they ask why you aren't pulled into the loading area with your vehicle. At least there's a person to help load. After inspection, the boxes don't have any damage. But after being able to open some boxes to inspect. I wasn't pleased with the material, more of a manufacturing error not Hernandez Carpet Brokers. So I call Hernandez and the guy says he'll submit a claim and someone would get back to me in 4 days. Well, 4 days pass and crickets. Contact company and they say nothing was submitted. Called the guy at Hernandez and he said he has to ask sales rep. Obviously, nothing was submitted. The community and follow through are non existent. The other reviews on poor communication are true. If you only need the material, it's not bad. But Dura Flooring down the road will probably be a better choice read more

Steven was very helpful. I am redoing my friends house and needed to not spend a lot on the floor because she didn't have a lot of money. Steven got a wonderful product for me to accomodate her needs. THe flooring is gorgeous and the price was amazing. When I needed nosing for the stairs he went out of his way to have it made to match the flooring and then when I needed to know the best cleaner to use on the wood, he called me back immediately with the proper cleaner and told me where to buy it.
