Our home had wall-to-wall mismatched carpet, and new flooring was the first big ticket item on our list. We put out feelers on Yelp and met with a handful of flooring companies, went to a lot of showrooms, and did a ton of research. Ultimately, we chose Triple A for their patience, honesty, feedback, and reviews. Boy did we get exactly the type of service every homeowner dreams of getting. The day before install, I was very nervous about the process so Bradley and Danny stopped by to reassure me and walk me through the entire process. This was after we spent a week or so going back and forth on carpet. We ended doing most of our home in McMillan Niobe waterproof laminate and the bedrooms with a plush carpet. The install was seamless and they even patched up some concrete cracks and took extra care to protect our flooring from water that may or may not be coming in from outside on our concrete slab. Their care and concern for our home was absolutely the best. Fast forward a month or so down the road, and our new home has multiple plumbing leaks including a slab leak which soaked a portion of our carpet in our closet and bedroom. Bradley stopped by on his way home to pull up the carpet, cut out the wet padding, and assured us it could be salvaged. They'll be coming back out once the repairs are done to reset the carpet. On top of all this phenomenal customer service, they're ordering our flooring for another customer, and called to see if we wanted to order extra boxes because we were only left with one plank after the job was done. I mentioned this after the install and they remembered. If you're going to get your floors done, there's no better team out there than Triple A flooring. Their carpet installer was so kind, answered all of our crazy carpet questions, and even helped us salvage a few pieces that we turned into a hallway runner. Don't go anywhere else, use Triple A!

The manager came out to measure and discuss how the work would be done and go over possible additional charges based on my existing flooring. They took such care in my home and were so respectful and efficient! They assisted with some installation questions I had and got right to work. They were so careful moving my furniture around and I was so touched that they made sure my bed area was cleared at the end of their upstairs workdays so I didn't have to sleep on the couch. They used plastic sheeting to mask off closet and bathroom contents to keep the dust down as much as possible due to the floor leveling process. They set up shop in my garage and at the end of each of the 5 days tidied the work spaces and swept up the garage very thoroughly. F and L..... thank you so much. I waited a few weeks and tried again and finally got in touch with Manuel at Stone Polish. We settled on a date and I confirmed the day earlier to make sure he was still coming. He messaged me back quickly and the next day he showed up 20 minutes early. We discussed the situation and the process for repairing the granite behind the sink. About two hours later he was finished. It's significantly better than what it was. There were a number of granite chunks and pieces that were loose plus, some of the metal reinforcement was so bad, it had disintegrated. Manuel reused some of the larger pieces and used epoxy to blend in some of the other areas. All in all, we're very happy with the outcome. Manuel was very personable and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

I had about 5 layers of flooring layered one on top of the other which increased the height of the floor above the original hardwood floor that was installed in 1956 way too much. He tore out all the layers of flooring and got down to the original hardwood and installed the new hardwood directly on top. The finished product is perfect. 180 square feet complete in one day. I prefer to hire contractors that actually do the work themselves and work side by side with their employees like Mr. Mendoza does. It seems like all the other quotes I got were much higher because the owners are just sales people and the quote includes their overhead which may include paying for a secretary, their own pay, and the laborers that actually do the floor installation.

The owner abruptly left me mid-transaction to go outside and physically separate two individuals -- both of whom he appeared to know personally, as he repeatedly called them by name. During the altercation, one of the individuals pulled a wooden plank from the trash bin on the property and attacked the other person. The fight occurred right beside my vehicle, which ended up damaged as a result. The owner was present the entire time. When police arrived, the owner denied knowing the individuals' names (despite addressing them earlier) and also claimed that his business had no working surveillance cameras. Not once did he offer an apology or even ask if I was safe after the incident. This experience was both unsafe and unprofessional. I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this business -- it is not a safe environment and demonstrates a serious lack of accountability or concern for customers.

Warranties on flooring are null and void if they aren't installed to the letter by the manufacturer's criteria, so the installer is just as critical as the material. This was a huge project and investment for us. Our property is a 3 story townhouse that is older and has a LOT of stairs. There were unexpected challenges at every turn, and each time, Nick found a solution and was willing to put in extra work to get it done right. He is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, reliable, and competitive pricing. The extra work he put into this project was not added to the bill. He is a perfectionist and expects the same from his crew. I will absolutely hire him again and would refer him to anyone I know without hesitation. He went way above and beyond our expectations. He even came back the day after finishing the floor to do touch ups and final details. We hope we get this lucky on our next project (painting) but the bar has been set high. I could not have asked for a better experience. Efficient is an understatement. Two guys demo'd a large living room, two hallways and a foyer in record timing. Carpet AND tile that the original owner had put in were gone in a blink of an eye. Two more guys came sometime in between my tv binging and they expertly removed the glue under the tile. The job in a nutshell: Day 1: Demo & clean-up. Partial tile laid out. Day 2: Tile completed. Day 3: Grout They keep you up to date on the progress, locked up on the days we were not there when they finished up & always show up early...ready to go at the "start" time. I really appreciated that they were conscious of the tracking of their shoes and they had placed a section of the old carpet to not track the glue/dirt over my backyard. We found them through Yelp after a serious plumbing repair required removing and replacing floor tile and trim in our utility room and bathroom. We feel very fortunate that Trinidad Tile handled the remodel. The results look fantastic and the quality of work is evident (see attached pics) Our remodel was a small job involving flooring, one quartz bathroom counter and sink, and various drywall patching. Yet, even though it was small, Trinidad Tile treated it with the same attention to detail as larger, more expensive projects. Scheduling was flexible and on time every time. Their work crew (Javier, Jaime, and Dante) is friendly and easy to communicate with. They have a small showroom display that made choosing tile and counter top materials easy. The craftsmanship that goes into their quartz counters is impressive. Trinidad Tile also has the capability to fabricate tile and stone edges in house. The floor trim for our remodel was custom cut with honed edges to match floor tile grout lines. It looks fantastic and we could not be happier with the results. Overall, Trinidad Tile provides top notch customer service and produces high quality work. We highly recommend them for any remodeling services.
