Which is violation of insurance provider contract. Today I get an explanation of benefits for treatment I did not rendered and PUC charged my insurance $500.00 and received a payment from my insurance for $200.65. Despite the provider stating their weak explanation for their actions this only proves my point they put business before patient care. This was no accident, despite being denied treatment, they turn around and bill my health insurance company for services NEVER rendered . That is bad billing practice. I am taking my complaints to the Better Business Bureau and my insurance company. I would seriously think about taking your business to Premium Urgent Care. And Sonya L business manager here is my personal message to you. Return your payment of $200.65 back to my insurance company. Because I am not a stupid consumer and your business practices are extremely questionable.

When I called to follow up, I learned there had been an issue processing my labs and I needed to come back in for another swab. Not receiving a voicemail and having to return -- especially with work travel and the distance -- was frustrating. That said, this is where their team truly impressed me. Priscilla was incredibly kind and made sure everything went smoothly when I returned. I was seen quickly and they confirmed I would not have to pay another copay. Shortly after, the manager, Yaya, personally called to apologize, explain the process improvements they've implemented, and followed up promptly once my results were ready. Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a business responds -- and they responded with accountability, professionalism, and genuine care. Turns out there's more bacterial infections than just strep. After two more days of worsening symptoms, I went to my primary care doctor who finally prescribed me the antibiotics I needed. Actually the biggest issue I I had with my visit was privacy and confidentiality. The exam rooms are not rooms at all. They are just curtains. I didnt see any exam rooms with doors and four walls. You expect that in an ER at a hospital not a doctor's office. After I sat in the exam room waiting to be seen for 30 minutes. I could hear the doctor with another patient - someone who had come in to the waiting room and was filling out paper work when I was called to the exam room. I know that in a medical environment some patients need to be seen sooner than others. Its not neccesarily a first come first serve environment. Problem is that I know this patient's complaint was not pressing because I could hear the doctor tell her, "this is the most common thing we see in here". I pulled back my curtain because I thought maybe the staff forgot about me. When I did, the medical assistant sitting about 50 feet away admonished me for not keeping my mask on. I saw the doctor a short time later and was careful to keep my voice down as I spoke to him about my personal medical issue. He didn't do the same. This urgent care is as bare bones as you can get. Yes you will have to wait for 30min-hour to be seen. Not a surprise. I waited patiently and they took good care of me. Next day I came in for X rays, I was seen by Dr. Constance. What a nice and funny lady she was! The X-ray tech also guided me through the process of getting X-rays done. A male nurse came in a brought me water and snacks as well. This terrible front desk person has laughed at me on the phone twice and has hung up the phone on me twice. The dr I saw was not nice, never smiled at me was snobbish, never even touched me.
