Here is my overall and specific review and recommendations. 2 stars for the Design Consultant Marshall. He was very knowledgeable and a very good salesman however, he claimed he "would be there every step of the way from start to finish." But didn't return phone calls when questions and issues arose. Make sure you and the Design Consultant are on the same page about your expectations on what the finished product will look like. If you have any spaces (closets, cabinets, etc) ensure your expectations are clearly agreed upon and written out in the contract. This will avoid any misunderstanding. Also, I recommend that you get quotes from any other company first so that you can compare costs while their salesman is there. The strategy they use is massive discount off quote IF you sign a contract before the salesman leaves. If you have your other quotes already in hand you can make a fair comparison. 4 stars for the install team. They team was punctual, professional and polite. They were concerned with keeping our floors clean and protected from the front door to the bathroom and did a great job cleaning up after the install. The broken door was unfortunate but accidents happen. 5 stars for Customer Service (eventually) initial contact had us worried that our concerns were not being taken seriously BUT once Andrew got involved we were kept up to date and informed of the plan to correct our concerns. He went above and beyond to try and make us happy.

(I conduct high end estate sales, and the mirror had to be installed prior to photography for the sale itself.) Kent was kind, professional, conscientious, and thorough. The cost (a hundred dollars) was reasonable, and the service couldn't have been faster. (I had scheduled the appointment less than twelve hours in advance.) Garrrett was great, he was very professional, courteous, and well informed about the products and different options. Just at the same time he wasn't pushy, he didn't try any high-pressure sales tactics or try to make it seem like you have to do this right now NOW. As for price, that's going to depend on the size of your project and a whole bunch of different variables. Personally, I had three of the national, premium custom-made window, replacement companies come out and one regional company to quote the price. In my case as of doing this project. I found window world to be very competitive in their pricing, especially considering their excellent lifetime warranty. After I ordered the office staff kept me up-to-date on where my windows were within the manufacturing process. My new windows arrived at their facility well within their stated/estimated timeframe. When the installers arrived at my house, direct employees of window world, not independent contractors, or people they just hired for the day. Wes, Travis and David were great just like Garrett and the gentleman that came out to do the fine measurements for manufacturing. They were professional, friendly, and happy to answer any questions. They didn't even mind if I looked over their shoulder, a little bit, just out of curiosity of how all this worked. Now the windows look amazing, it just changes how each room and the whole house looks. I hope to not do this project over again anytime soon. I was told they would show at nine, and then told that they would show at ten. She came and cleaned part of a bathroom and left. I was told she could come back four days later and finish. Horrible communication! Horrible business practices! Glad I dodged a bullet, and we'll be finding someone else.

As well as a discount on my next clean. After using another company who didn't offer the same services/scheduling at a higher cost, I am trying Happy Cleans again. I've used them again a couple times since then and did have another minor issue (damage to my vacuum), but they were willing to pay for repairs. So, I am fine with them.
