I have no idea what he did all day but I went out to my car, open the center consul wiped a ton of crap out showed him and said this is not a $400 detail and he said "I agree". So, I gave him a little more time to try to work on the car then decide to go in and try to call and find out a solution but no one has returned my call I just received a generic text. I checked my email and the detail was supposed to be from 9 AM to 5 PM for eight hours he was supposed to detail my truck this was not a window this was how long it said it would take. So I told him at 3 PM (he said he was done at 2:30) That I have to start getting ready for an event and cannot keep checking but hopefully he would stay and make it right. He got very upset, threw his tools down, and told me to "go tell his boss and write my review". Update- manager contacted me. Apologized. Offered partial refund (did not receive) and to send a second detailer out. A second detailer was sent out to try and fix this but the bottom line is, I will never use this company again and will adamantly advocate AGAINST them. Second guy was nice and all but why can't anyone seem to do their job? They don't have the proper tools and detergents? (My SUV is a 2020. That's as old and any dirt or dust can be so it's not even a big job to begin with) I'm not sure what the deal is but coming from a dealership where we sent cars out I know of many shops that do an amazing job. It's hard to understand why it can't be done mobile but trust me just drop your car off at the dealership it's probably $20 less and oh well you're without your car for a day but it will be sparkling clean!

Add to that the lack of convenient car washes in west Seattle and my car was looking a mess. Just about covered in pollen/moss - I dont even know. Gross. I looked on some local social media pages and Big's was recommended by a few people and I was really drawn to the mobile aspect of their service. Their interior/exterior package seemed a reasonable and comparable price to other detailing services in the area so I booked on their website and was able to get an appointment a few days later. There are some add on extras you can choose so I also opted to pay an additional $9 for extra moss removal because I think that's an understatement the way my car looked. The person scheduled to perform the detail sent me a text the morning of that he misjudged traffic and would be about an hour past the scheduled time. I appreciated the heads up, and since I didn't need the car, it wasn't an issue. He was nice and friendly, and seemed efficient at doing the job. He arrived at 10am and was done around 4pm. I will say that there was a moment of confusion when I did, essentially, the final walk through inspection when he was finishing up and I asked if he did the wax as the car was clearly clean but not that super wax shine and he hadn't and asked if I wanted the ceramic coating (because wax was harder to do and it didn't seem like he could or wanted to do wax). I did say yes please I would and I feel like if I didn't ask about it that he wouldn't have done it, even though it's listed in the services of the package. Everything else looks great and I'm happy with the service. They send out a confirmation text when the appointment is booked saying you can reply to the message with questions and I did reply asking if I needed to provide a hose and extension cord in addition to the outlets and spigot and never received a reply. So instead of having it ready for the detailer I had to go find it when he arrived. Obviously minor, but I would have had it out ahead of time if I knew he'd need it. We will definitely use them for our other car soon!

We're talking ugly scars. Then someone told me that a good detailer might be able to remove them. I was doubtful, but reached out to several mobile detailers and seemed to click best with Devon. He offered to come do a test area for $50, then if I was happy with it, he'd do the rest of the job. He came the next day, did the test patch and, wow! Scars be gone! The photos are before and after of the hood. The after is so restored that a nearby tree and the clouds in the sky are reflected off the hood. I'm 100% satisfied. They texted me to tell me they were done and then they left. Later I went out to inspect the car and I immediately noticed there was a 3" rip in the passenger front door tint. My car is a 2003 Jetta. I also noticed the center arm rest was down. (I had left it up since it gets in the way of shifting) I put the arm rest back up and the top of it flopped down. This was because they had broken the armrest catch. I immediately contacted them and we agreed I would order the armrest part from Amazon and replace it myself since it was only $7. At first he denied noticing anything was wrong the armrest or the tint. (Impossible to miss a 3" rip...) Finally he said he would send out a guy to replace the tint on that window. He confirmed this via text and a phone call. I contacted him 3-4 days later when I hadn't heard from him and he replied saying the tint guy would be out early next week. Since then, I have contacted him many times and he never responds... I ended up having to pay $165 to remove all the tint on my car since the tint place I took it to said the new tint on that window would look different than the old tint on the other windows. (due to the age of the tint and different tint materials they use now) They recommended re-tinting the entire car or removing the tint. I chose removing the tint. I sent the tint place's receipt to The Finest Mobile Detailing and no response as usual. Also the floormats were pretty wet, which he didn't mention to me. I had to put the floormats in the garage so they could dry out so the car didn't smell like mildew. I DO NOT recommend using The Finest Mobile Detailing! Thanks.

One of the vehicle had heavy food stain especially the rug because they do cooked food & produce like fruits and vegetable pick ups that Will, had to come the next day to finish it. I paid Laurence to apply ceramic coating to my brand new Kodiak travel trailer. While prepping the…read moresurface, his staff failed to protect the VIN sticker with tape. The sticker was exposed to alcohol spray and the printed numbers were wiped off. If you know anything about RVs, you know this is a pretty big deal as it renders the vehicle ineligible for import into Canada. Fortunately, I contacted the trailer manufacturer for a VIN replacement letter which means at least I can take the trailer across the border for vacation travel but with a greater degree of inspection. Due to this mistake, I will not be able to sell the travel trailer to a Canadian buyer in the future. Furthermore, after several months of using the trailer, I noticed that ceramic coating was only applied to the sides of the trailer. The front of the trailer remains exposed to bugs, dirt, and UV rays. I have reached out to Lourence to see about him completing the job before my upcoming trip to Eastern WA but I don't feel confident that he will be able to resolve this matter in a timely fashion given the trouble I've already had with him. I would not recommend using L&M Detailing for ceramic coating of RVs or travel trailers. I will update this review if timely resolution can be made.

They were priced on the lower end of other reputable and comparable shops. A week prior to my appointment I got some very hard paint overspray on my one month old 4Runner. As part of their process that all came off. The truck is silky smooth. The spring weather this week brought a ton of pollen, the sticky stuff. As you drive away the air just blows the truck clean. I pulled into the garage tonight after a hard rain and I had to laugh because all that rain water ended up on the floor before the door had closed. And now it looks as shiny as the day I got her coated. It's a pretty awesome treatment and technology. The other benefit with L&M is the follow up care. Quick washes, interior/exterior detail for $100 every few months? Something like that; regardless, a service I will absolutely take advantage of. I wouldn't hesitate associating my name with a positive review of this business. I'm very confident that if I had an issue these guys would make it right.

I dropped my vehicle off around 8:10 a.m. for ceramic coating maintenance and discovered a new dent on the driver-side door immediately upon pickup around 12:30 p.m., before I had even entered the vehicle. I reported it immediately. I had inspected the vehicle that morning and am confident the damage was not present beforehand. While the surveillance footage was too grainy to prove exactly when the dent occurred, it showed multiple employees working near the damaged area. What concerned me most was learning that the shop normally photographs vehicles but chose not to photograph mine, supposedly because it was a "custom job," despite this being their standard annual ceramic maintenance service. The owner denied responsibility, suggested the dent could have been caused by a rock--which a professional dent repair shop subsequently told me was not consistent with the damage--and declined my requests for documentation and footage of the work being done. I understand accidents happen. What was disappointing was how the situation was handled once the damage was discovered. I will happily update this review if they choose to take responsibility for the damage they caused.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business.
