I called many times and left voicemails and emails to their customer service. Three days go by with no response to any of my voicemails or emails. I was finally able to talk to someone by calling one of the stores. They transferred me to someone else who couldn't give me any information about my package and told me to call their customer service team (Which never answers the phone or responds to messages). I eventually received an email 3-1/2 weeks later saying they are still waiting for namesets to complete my order and that they can't give me an expected delivery date. Rather than reject the project, their art department made some adjustments to the design to avoid the issues and to make it better for screen printing. The final design was FAR better and bolder than the original design and exceeded every expectation!!
