I was helped by an employee named Sam, and his customer service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. He was rude, dismissive, impatient, and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. Instead of listening to my concerns or trying to resolve the issue, he spoke to me disrespectfully and offered no real assistance. I'm 60 years old, and I can honestly say this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. No customer should be treated the way I was. A little courtesy and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, neither was present during my visit. I hope T-Mobile management addresses this issue because employees like this can drive loyal customers away. I will think twice before returning to this location and would encourage others to expect better customer service elsewhere.
