He came right back out and informed me that the librarian at the desk stopped him on his way in the door and told him he couldn't use the bathroom unless his parents were checking out books. I've also checked out a chapter book from a different branch that already had very minor water damage to the pages- not a big deal at all. But when I returned it to the Draper location I was sent an email informing me that because I'd returned it in damaged condition I had been charged the full price of the book. It wasn't even my water damage!

There is a bulletin board in the vestibule with fliers and posters about current events and services-totally haphazard and chaotic. Inside, there's art all over the place, unique decor and a calendar of events that look to be different support groups that meet here. How cool. This isn't a polished, bougie or uptight place.
