All i have to say is this company is AWESOME. I used to use another big name company Earth Care) and they ripped me off i had a problem with my septic and was told i may need new leach field and i called herring and Jason came out within 15 mins and the problem was fixed just like that. Very disappointed called to have my camper pumped, because of no local dump station near. Had it pumped they charge me $275 For those of you that don't know when you pay to have a camper dump I have never paid over $50 read more

We had Herring come out to diagnose /repair a blockage and back up problem and regretted our decision. First, the tech did extra work without telling me ahead of time would be chargeable...$125.00 to move toilet. We asked to have our tank pumped as we figured out the real issue, which took all of 5 minutes. When I asked for the invoice the tech showed me the palm of his hand with $640,00 written on it. I objected and he suggested I call the office and they would probably knock it down. Stay away from this company! They have horrible work ethics and 0 customer service skills. read more

I was charged per foot to dig up and pump my septic system. But was charged 3 times what we agreed upon due to trial and error finding the hatch. They had been here twice in the past so it should not have been an issue. Despite a rational conversation they would not budge on price for customer relations. read more

Called to have septic pumped out. Driver came here looking for something to go wrong made a comment about how nice our cars were and then said we have a problem with the line being clogged or broken. Said that it will cause a problem in a month or so leading to a back up coming back into the house. If we haven't had a problem in two plus years with it backing up why would we have that problem now. Think he was looking for a way to get more money out of us. read more

Maybe this is more of a review of the tech experience but it reflects on the company for sure. .Came to my house for an emergency call.They were quick to come, and before even looking or trouble shooting, the tech told me what was causing it and it's not going to be easy to fix??? . It's your leach field not draining proper or broken pipes he said... They found the blockage the tech told me these exact words I have good news., bad news, and great news...The good news is the block is gone.The bad news a pipe is broken and we need to dig it up and replace it, Great news I saved a bunch of money on my car insurance... Not a time for a joke. 900 dollars later..Sooo the tech said not sure when we can get back to dig it up. I called my plumber he came with a camera. The problem was a block and my tank needed to be pumped my tank was pumped and the camera shows a clear line with NO BROKEN pipe. I can't imagine how much I would have paid for the "broken pipe" or that they would have dug it up and told me it wasn't broken and not charged me for there misdiagnosed problem. So I will NEVER recommend this company. Any company that guesses about hundreds of dollars work has no place in my call book read more

Today 5/29/20 had two people by the name of Tj and Tommy those guys are on point very knowledgeable and very helpful and very patient and do an excellent work I wouldn't use any other company . I've dealt with Herring for many years now. After a slip up last week they did come today, pumped out the tank and cleaned up after themselves. I'd rate them five stars if I had been given some priority after last week (They took all day and I could not stay home any longer) but, so be it. They did what they were paid to do. read more
