They called back and said they didn't have the vehicle after having confirmed the reservation. I called back and made a new reservation at another location. I called the location directly and they didn't have the vehicle after confirming that they did . I had to call Avis and get the vehicle. Enterprise has been my go to for many years. I will never rent from them again. They run a total Mickey Mouse operation that nobody knows what's going on. I called the manager and told him this information and he didn't seem to care.

We received multiple emails confirming our reservation and confirming our pickup. The day of we called twice to confirm our car would be there, nobody from the local office answered. When we arrived our fears were confirmed and our car was not on site to be picked up. And there was nothing in the same class for them to swap us for, not that they offered or tried. They knew likely for days that they wouldn't have our car but didn't have the courtesy to call and tell us not to waste our time going up to the branch in person. Then they have the gall to charge us a no-show fee three days later after they were the ones to not hold up their end of the bargain! When trying to rectify that their customer service rep insisted it was our fault that we got billed the no-show fee. Avoid these jokers at all costs, they clearly don't care about the customer at all and you WILL waste your time and money with them. If I could give them negative stars for this experience that still wouldn't be enough.

There's not much to say, other than that everything was great. Not only was I able to get a good, reasonably price car literally within an hour after booking, but the rental process went perfectly, and the Hertz staff were helpful, thorough, and friendly. The car itself was flawless, as was returning it, and I came away from the transaction feeling every bit the satisfied customer. Consider this an A+ rating, on my part. I'm really grateful for this outfit and its staff, who provided for me in my time of need (and on short notice, no less). Keep it up, everyone! :-)

No problem, I know I should have called earlier. But I also need a car rental for 2 weeks later, so I asked if I could reserve a car then... I was told this was "too far in advance" and they didn't know if they would have any cars available then! Maybe I should donate the back of an envelope to them so at least they have some method of keeping track orders -- something is better than nothing! I wondered if I understood them right... I can't book the following week because their cars are in use, but 2 weeks later is too far in advance for them to know what they will have available! The week before I needed the car, I called again and asked if their schedule showed they had anything available. They said, they would have a car available starting Monday - awesome! Oops, they said, No wait a minute, it's possible the client who currently has this car might want to extend his lease. I asked if the client indicated he would want to renew it... they said no, but since he has the car, maybe he would want to renew it. I give up.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and it has been nothing but problems since the moment I drove it off the lot. The car was sold to me with a broken CV axle, warped rotors, multiple sensor issues, and even more problems that were never disclosed. They allowed this car to pass as "certified" and let me put my child in it knowing the condition it was in. I only learned what was wrong after I noticed the car shaking violently and asked about it. While the car was in their shop, the communication was completely nonexistent. Every time I called for an update, I got the same line: "We'll call you back." They never did. I even got the service manager (Chaz) personal number, and he repeatedly ignored my texts and questions. To make things worse, while my car was sitting on THEIR lot, they told me that the lawn crew kicked up a rock and shattered my back glass. This was after they had already kept my car for months, while I was still making payments on it. I have asked multiple times to be put into another vehicle or refunded so I can get something safe and reliable. They refuse. At this point, they have had my car for longer than I have. After keeping my car for three months, the sales manager Jason finally said it was "finished" and this was the "final product" they could offer me. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before more problems started. The sensors were still going off, and the FIRST time we rolled the window down, it wouldn't go back up. This dealership has shown me nothing but negligence, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer safety. I will tell everyone I know: DO NOT buy a car from here. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. I will be filing a complaint with the DMV dealer board and Attorney General!
