I had a reservation for a truck, but needed to swap it out due to rain and me needing to pick up an item and they were very accommodating. The SUV was a slight up charge but it didn't bother me. I only needed it for a few hours so I returned it before they closed. I could've kept it for the whole day because that's what you pay for but it wasn't necessary! And you shouldn't have to ask for paper work constantly or to make sure they have the info you need. And then they get snarky with you for not properly doing their job. A manager needs to be on site in my opinion. And Jonathon who sits up front doesn't give you direct answers. They don't do a proper walk through with you. The car was dirty and I gave it back on better condition than it was given to me. And they just give you a balance due that they decide upon. They may be cheap in the beginning but when you return the car you have a random new charge. And they discuss NOTHING with you which is my biggest complaint... so in my opinion Enterprise is definitely the way to go if you want great service and to truly know what you're paying for and no hidden surprises or fees.
