Ms. Lauren has a passion for her skill; Rental car expert. From step 1 to step 10 she took she her time going over all my options with my rental car, answered all of my questions, and gave me an "Impeccable" rental car experience; the service I received was "Exemplary". This place is a "One Stop Shop", everything I needed for my rental car necessity. The Enterprise Rental Car Staff at this location (Mr. Scott Branch Manager, Ms. Lauren Berry Assistant Manager, Ms. Eleanor Management Assistant) are very punctual, sincere, and they do a great job on assisting your rental car needs; "Extraordinary" service. They have high small cars to high end luxury cars to satisfy your rental car requirements; their prices are amazing. White film all over inside car .Electrical junction box laying directly ontop of battery.....Great if you want your vehicle to catch fire. I was told it was a cheap VW car.     My 5 month old SUV was damaged when an inattentive driver hit me in the rear. Dealing with their…read moreinsurance company was a pain. But the repair facility was a very pleasing experience. When I told people at my job what had occurred, several recommended Rob's Auto Body for the repair. So after the at-fault driver's insurance company conceded liability, I went to Rob's for an estimate. The gentleman who estimated my vehicle was very professional and thorough. To the point, he explained what he believed the damages were, but would not provide a final assessment until they could get my vehicle up on a lift. The down side, because they are so popular, and my vehicle was drivable, the first available appointment they had was six weeks from that date. I agreed wait and let them do the repairs. Prior to me dropping my SUV off, they called to verify my appointment. This also verified they had all the parts in stock. And even though the insurance company had approved a rental car, they contacted both the insurance company and rental car company and arranged for them to pick me up at their shop. They called me with any questions, and updated me on the repair. My vehicle was ready on the agreed to date, and the job was excellently done. The replaced parts fit as well as the original parts did. And you cannot see any difference in the paint. The application and color matching is factory appearing. Even the cleaning and washing after the repair was flawless. I'm picky, but I could not find a smudge, streak, or water spot on the entire vehicle. No Mia aligned panels. No orange peel in the paint. I know American made vehicles, but I'm not a auto body tech. I have no idea what good body work should cost. But of course I received a copy of the estimate and bill when I picked up my Durango. The cost appeared to be quite reasonable. And the bill was very detained in explanation. When leaving, I was going to take the rental car, with my wife following me in our vehicle. Jeannie at Rob's asked for the keys to the rental. She advised, we will call and have them pick it up. I was OK with that also. If you or anyone you know of needs good quality body or accident repair work completed on a vehicle. Give Rob's the opportunity to look at and make your vehicle right again.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolute joke of a business. I dropped my car off Monday…read moremorning and was told I'd have it back by the end of the week at the latest. I called Wednesday for an update, and they said "just needs to be painted and dried, should be good to go this week." Cool, right? WRONG. Thursday rolls around, and suddenly I get a call saying the bumper is no good and the car won't be ready until next week. Excuse me?!? The bumper was destroyed when I brought it in--how did they JUST NOW realize it needed a new one? Are these guys even looking at the cars they're fixing? And to top it all off, they won't even give my car back to me because apparently, there's no bumper to put on it. Unreal. I've been lied to, strung along, and left without my car for even longer than expected because of their complete incompetence. DO NOT bring your car here unless you enjoy broken promises, missed deadlines, and absolute frustration. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ROB'S AUTO BODY.

Then, during the return process, I was told the rental wasn't actually due until May 6th. This was never communicated to me in advance. Because of that, I left work early to return the vehicle unnecessarily--only to now be told I need to return again on Tuesday, causing me to miss work twice due to your lack of communication. He swindled my last penny. Manager Kayla is like a timeshare high pressure salesman, kept trying to shame me for an upgrade I didn't even ask for or wanted! I reserved a standard sedan, when I got there the person said they had only one car on the lot, a Nissan Maxima but they have lots of suv if I'd like to upgrade. Was pushed into a 2025 vehicle costing $85 a day. When I really wanted to say just give me the car I reserved, because I've never had to pay for an upgrade if they don't have a car for me. When I did request an upgrade, I just paid like $3 more per day. To go from $59 with tax to $85 plus tax is ridiculous. Especially as I explained my financial limit I wanted to pay for car. Manager Kayla insulted me and my local enterprise in my home town with whom I've never had any issues with. She insinuated I have a greedy relationship with that location, that I like free service and I should feel ashamed for taking advantage of that location. Something is terribly wrong with her. Definitely the person that pushed me into the car knew what he was doing, taking advantage of me financially. And trying to clear up the not knowing what I was being pushed into after I explained my limit, manager Kayla knew it too. Based on her consumer shaming she's done it before.
