Drove to this location after our friend's rental car broke down and enterprise road side assistance was no help. We were in town from Illinois. The assistant manager and manager went out of their way to help her get into a new car even tho they had nothing available on their lot at the time. mely disappointed with the service I received when returning my rental on May 2nd. No one greeted or assisted me when I arrived--I sat waiting until someone finally asked if I was bringing the car back. Then, during the return process, I was told the rental wasn't actually due until May 6th. This was never communicated to me in advance. Because of that, I left work early to return the vehicle unnecessarily--only to now be told I need to return again on Tuesday, causing me to miss work twice due to your lack of communication. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I expect better communication and basic courtesy. read more

Switch baiting for consumers to pay higher prices. I was very clear to personnel about my financial limitations with renting, my car being in the garage for a big repair. He swindled my last penny. Manager Kayla is like a timeshare high pressure salesman, kept trying to shame me for an upgrade I didn't even ask for or wanted! I reserved a standard sedan, when I got there the person said they had only one car on the lot, a Nissan Maxima but they have lots of suv if I'd like to upgrade. Was pushed into a 2025 vehicle costing $85 a day. When I really wanted to say just give me the car I reserved, because I've never had to pay for an upgrade if they don't have a car for me. When I did request an upgrade, I just paid like $3 more per day. To go from $59 with tax to $85 plus tax is ridiculous. Especially as I explained my financial limit I wanted to pay for car. Manager Kayla insulted me and my local enterprise in my home town with whom I've never had any issues with. She insinuated I have a greedy relationship with that location, that I like free service and I should feel ashamed for taking advantage of that location. Something is terribly wrong with her. Definitely the person that pushed me into the car knew what he was doing, taking advantage of me financially. And trying to clear up the not knowing what I was being pushed into after I explained my limit, manager Kayla knew it too. Based on her consumer shaming she's done it before. read more

We had a car being worked on, and insurance provided a rental. This Enterprise was recommended, and the body shop dealt with the reservation. They picked us up within 15 minutes. The driver was masked and drove safely, and dropped us off to pick up the vehicle. Inside, a woman at the desk was lightning fast getting us squared away, even completing their pre-check before we arrived because she heard we were in a rush. We had told the body shop we were on a tight schedule, we're assuming they told Enterprise. A very pleasant surprise. The car itself, a Toyota Corolla, was in perfect shape. Clean inside and out, no odors or stains. It even had a Clorox wipe inside with a note explaining their COVID procedures and to use the wipe if we wanted to as an additional step. All in all, it was a wonderful and professional experience. We were in and out within 5 minutes. read more

My husband & I initially reserved a mini van at Enterprise on Jason Blvd for a lengthy road trip. When we arrived to pick up our rental, the agent took us to a minivan which had a windshield chip & subsequent spider cracked windshield in the middle. We asked for another vehicle & told they had none. I asked about upgrading to a full sized SUV that was parked in the lot, & told that was already rented. They told us "all our vehicles have chips in the windshields" adding that this is a very common occurrence. I told them we would not accept a vehicle with a compromised windshield & asked about other locations nearby, which the agent spoke to his supervisor (Matt or Mark?) who stated he had already called other locations all day for other customers, & they had no available vehicles. I used my smartphone & was able to reserve a minivan at their Conway location at 1793 Hwy 501 E while at the Jason Blvd location. At that point, the supervisor said even if I could confirm a reservation it did not mean they had a minivan available for rent. He offered to call the 501 location to see if in fact they had a vehicle available for us. While waiting for a response, I received a message from the Conway Assistant Branch Manager Erin Martin stating, "I just saw that you booked in a vehicle here in Conway just wanted to let you know that we do not have that availability today I do apologize I just wanted to make you aware thank you so much bye-bye..." Shortly thereafter, I was told by the supervisor at Jason Blvd location that the Conway location did have a minivan available for us after all. They had a young staff person drive me in their personal vehicle to the Conway location to pick up the car. Upon receiving the vehicle, it was absolutely filthy! We took it home, wiped the interior with disinfectant wipes & vacuumed the entire vehicle before we would load our personal belongings inside. Overall, this was the most inconvenient & lengthy process as it took us over 2 hours to pick up our rental vehicle for this trip. Overall, we felt the staff at the Jason Blvd location were dishonest with us & not willing to go out of their way to accommodate us without forcing their hand. Upon returning our rental, branch Manager Torren Byrd helped us, who was so empathetic, apologetic & helpful regarding our entire experience. We definitely give him a 5 star rating & in the future will only be renting from his location at 1793 Hwy 501 E, Conway, SC. Strongly recommend his location where you will be treated with excellent customer service! read more

absolutely love this location for enterprise. I've felt with several different locations but this one on 501 East in Myrtle Beach never gives any issues. Sometimes they're a little busy but they're always eager to help you and make sure all of your questions/concerns are taken care of before they get you going. read more

When I arrived for my pickup at 12noon, (that is what I reserved and was accepted on the website). You said you were closed and said I had to go to the airport to pickup a car. You said they would honor my reservation and that they had cars available. NOT TRUE. The airport rep Said they had no cars and did not understand why you would said they did. I was counting on this car, made the reservation on your website and it was accepted as such. I showed up at my pickup time and you had shut down and wouldn't spend 15 min to get me my car. This is poor customer service and very uncharacteristic of Enterprise. I will be sure to communicate this through corporate and on rating websites. This was totally unacceptable and I certainly don't appreciate furthering the problem with lies about airport availability. read more

DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE I booked A 15 passenger van on Monday April 2nd at 10:00am with on the phone through the Conway, SC location and changed the time online to 8am April 3rd at 10:23am got a confirmation number and all. And we had to do Whiteville, NC 45 mins from Conway, SC where I am. And then they called me at 5:15pm saying we couldn't get the van. So then I called back and they only had one in Williamington, NC for us to get this morning April 3rd, 30 mins further. Then I got a phone call this morning at 8am that Williamington, NC did not have the van that we reserved. This ridiculous we needed a large van to go to Texas for my mother's funeral her last dying wishes. Now we are scrambling to find transportation for our family and other rental places to do not have anything wish I can't be upset about other companies because now this is minutes until we have to leave. read more

I literally had the car for a week , paid the weekly fee then the next morning the car was towed. Called just for the ignorant lady to say it was SIX DOLLARS SHORT , when they could have said that when I paid . Then instead of her calling my phone she called SOMEONE SHE WAS SLEEPING WITH THAT I MUTUALLY KNEW to tell me to come get my belongings. Let's start by saying this isn't exactly how I thought my car renting experience would go but Katie made my experience so much better. I started at Truetts at 11am, they didn't have any cars available so they had Derrick, super sweet gentleman, bring me to this Enterprise location on 501. At about 12, I still didn't have a car and hadn't eaten so I was pretty irritable. Katie was understanding and so helpful. She offered me her own snacks and drinks to hold me over till a rental became available. Sadly by 2pm there still wasn't any. I do take some responsibility with this since I didn't make a reservation. I decided to go home and make a reservation for Thursday. All in all, not having a car today sucks but the experience with Enterprise was pretty amazing. Thank you Katie for your hospitality. read more

My car broke down around 5:00 that evening. They close at 6:00. They came and picked my nieces and I up, and they ALL stayed late, waiting to serve me. They were truly the sunshine in the whole ordeal. I cannot express how appreciative I was of them going out of their way to help us. read more

Just an update: similar issues continue to happen at this location. Reservations are not always adhered to. Minor inconvenience at the time of need (i.e. longer wait times for a vehicle in the class you reserved, "upgrade"to larger vehicle-bigger gas expense...). So, continue to improve service from the customers perspective,not just meeting the need but EXCEEDING the expectations:) It truly goes a long way. read more

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at enterprise on hwy 501. I needed a vehicle due to being a hit and run victim. While renting I would pay the company weekly to extend my rental. On the week of July 4 they demanded I return the car because I was renting it at a discount through my insurance company. They had the nerve to tell me they were losing 100's of dollars. This company makes up their own rules to suit them and takes as much money as they can from the consumer. Remember enterprise picks you up. Stick to the Airport location, they will not treat you like a second class CONWAY resident. read more

Hi, my name is Justin and I'm 20 years old. Last week I was involved in an accident requiring my car to be in the shop. The other parties insurance called enterprise and purchased a rental car for me. Keep in mind this is the day of evacuation from Hurricane Florence. Long story short, they wouldn't rent me the vehicle due to my age (even though the was car paid for). Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced, especially from the manager himself....... Car in the shop, trying to evacuate a hurricane and these people had no remorse while I was stranded in Conway during an evacuation. Never will I use enterprise again in my life and will go out of my way to make sure no one else does as well. read more

We had reservations for a full size car and when we got there at 8 am they did not have the car we wanted. They wanted to give me a sports car but with 4 people there would be no room. They gave a small SUV which had room for 4 people but very little room for suitcases. It did get good gas mileage but had to put some of the items in the back seat which took room from the people in the back seat. This is the second time that we rented from Enterprise and both times they did not have the car we requested. We will give it one more time in Aug. if we have the same problems this will be the last time. read more
