First, the driver takes you through downtown to see the Pioneer Courthouse Square tree, then by Directors park and onto I-5 to get headed to the PIR. Choosing the 6 pm trolley meant getting stuck in rush hour traffic. Luckily, we didn't have to cross the bridge and made it in time at PIR to slowly take in all the lovely Christmas lights. In the beginning, we couldn't figure out some of the light structures, until a couple seated in front of us got it and started singing "The 12 days of Christmas". Then the a Partridge in a Pear Tree, Two Turtle Doves, Three French Hens, 4 Calling Birds, 5 Gold Rings, 6 Geese a-Laying, 7 Swans a-Swimming, 8 Maids a-Milking, 9 Ladies Dancing, 10 Lords a-Leaping, 11 Pipers Piping & 12 Drummers Drumming all made sense! There was one odd part. It was the numerous palm trees at the beginning and dinosaurs at the end that didn't feel very Christmasy. But - that has nothing to do with the Trolley company. Our driver gave highlights, but the back of the trolley was noisy, so we couldn't hear him very well. It was adorable when he gave one of the kids a bucket of candy canes to pass out to everyone. The whole tour only lasted 90 minutes, so we were glad to have gotten a discounted ticket for $30. The one thing we forgot to do was bring cash to tip our driver and we felt awful about it. He was nice and informative and deserving. We are a group of credit card people, always trying to earn air miles, but if we had the extra cash, we would have given it to him. This was definitely something festive that I am really glad we did and glad my friends came along for the ride!

I reserved multiple town car pick ups and drop offs for an event I was organizing on behalf of my client. Getting everything set up with them was pretty streamlined and from what my clients/guests said the rides seemed fine. On the phone, the owner quoted me $480 for rides which was great. I had to add a few rides right before the event and the owner said that should be fine and would let me know if there would be additional fees. He than charged my credit card (immediately) an additional $500. I was fine with the additional charges, but the owner never really confirmed that cost with me. After the event, I requested either an invoice or receipt for my purchases so I could not only expense them back to my company, but also make sure the additional $500 was verified and not just a faulty, additional charge. Nothing. Radio silence. I've emailed and called the owner as of now going on a dozen times. I am so disappointed in this type of customer service. So happy to take my money (as fast as possible), but wouldn't even do the courtesy of providing me proof of purchase and providing FULL customer service - until the very end of the relationship. I can't say I'll ever use this vendor again or recommend their services unless someone would fix this situation immediately - as I still haven't received anything.

Apparently they ran out of shuttle buses to the airport (as others on here have also written) but it was super awkward and it made me feel very uncomfortable as I don't like to practice dishonesty in any form. She was all worried and anxious that I didn't answer their earlier calls for my reservation... that's what a reservation IS FOR and I got a busy life, you know? Such a stupid rule as the girl behind the counter was like "we didn't know if you were coming"... and I thought, well duh, I booked the freakin thing WEEKS ago!! I was charged an exorbitant rate plus fees for returning the car ONLY a few hours later than expected AFTER they were already closed. I guess they have ZERO value for return customers. Then they called and asked why I was late and the lady was rude and she was acting like I personally offended her cause I was a few hours late! She seemed happy to punish me with their stupid late return fees and yet again, I was made me feel very uncomfortable and this time angry for her spiteful tone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and go to a more reputable rental place as this joint will only add an extra hour you don't have to waste your time... It's rare and takes a lot for me to write these bad reviews as I try to give folks a chance but I was so disappointed with my experience here. The website showed a pic of a soccer van, which is what i wanted. When I got the email it said that I had rented a 12 passenger van. I contacted them and asked if I'd be able to downgrade for the same price and they said no. It never once mentions that the rental office and vans are NOT located at the airport. They sent a LYFT to come pick me up. The check in van pick up took 52 minutes?! WTH is the point of a reservation. I asked once again when I was there if they could rent something smaller for the same price and she said no. Then home girl Latonia tried scamming me like she did the foreign guy in front of me into getting the highest insurance, talking about my insurance wasn't enough. I called them and they proved her wrong. She said unless I signed up for their insurance I would not be able to take the rental. GTFOH The Van was clean but both sides of the van had scratches and dents. Talk about a sht show. Never again

Exceptional Service at Canyon Road Enterprise - Zac and Team Went Above and Beyond…read more After my car was broken into and my purse and wallet stolen, I was already dealing with the trauma of feeling violated while navigating the exhausting process of replacing everything - closing bank accounts, getting a new driver's license, and filing police reports. When my car went to the shop, I reserved a rental through my insurance at the Highway 99 Enterprise location. I called ahead to explain my situation and that I only had a temporary paper license from the DMV. I offered to bring my passport and any other documentation needed. The Oregon DMV confirmed over the phone that my temporary license and supporting documents were sufficient for verification. I even went into the local DMV office in person to see if there was anything else I could do, but they assured me that what I had was completely valid and should be accepted. However, the manager at Highway 99 flatly refused, insisting I needed a physical license with my photo - something the DMV said would require starting the entire process over and paying additional expedited fees since they use a third party for processing and couldn't refund what I'd already paid. Throughout this interaction, the manager showed zero compassion, speaking to me coldly as if my situation was just an inconvenience to him. Even when I asked if my husband could rent the car for me, he incorrectly stated I couldn't drive it without a physical license (which my insurance confirmed was false - Oregon law allows me to drive any car I'm insured for with my temporary license). I left feeling defeated and violated all over again. Thankfully, a relative who works for Enterprise suggested I try another location. When I called Canyon Road in Beaverton, it was like night and day. The manager and Zac (who's in the management training program) were immediately sympathetic and accommodating. They found a way to verify my identity without bending any rules and got me into a rental car. They even came to my house for pickup to ensure I was completely taken care of during this difficult time. The contrast between locations was striking - where Highway 99's manager was cold and dismissive, the Canyon Road team showed genuine care and understanding. Zac and the manager (I wish I could remember his name!) turned one of my worst weeks into a moment where I felt heard and helped. I cannot recommend the Canyon Road Enterprise location highly enough. If you need a rental car in the Beaverton area, this is the team you want - professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to customer service.
