I called the customer service number because I was sure it was a mistake. I was told the car had a damaged tire and they determined it happened while I had the car. I told the representative that I didn't cause the damage and he told me that it didn't matter. Since they decided it happened while I had the car, I was responsible. I told him I wanted to dispute the charge and he said I couldn't. The representative didn't even know what the damage was. For all I know, it could have been a defect in the tire, normal wear, or maybe nothing was wrong with it at all. I feel like it was a scam and this company ripped me off.

A car through Pay Less was our only option available for what we were needing so it's what we went with. Almost $700 later we were given a car for a 13+ hour drive from Portland to Salt Lake City. 4 hours into our drive, as the day started heating up we learned that the car had no air conditioning. We had a sick baby (the reason for the travel plan change) and no air conditioning in 90°+ weather. We were not told there was no AC, although we saw the next day that there was a note on the key tag stating no AC so THEY KNEW before giving us the car for a 1 way rental to a different state that there was no AC. This is absolutely unacceptable. This was not the only car available, because they gave us an option between two vehicles however if we had known there was no AC we would have chose the other vehicle. Now we are dealing with even more issues with our sick baby from being in so much heat for so long, and wasted money on battery and USB powered fans to try and help cool down the vehicle at least a little bit. We called customer support to see what could be done and spent 45 minutes getting the run around before we FINALLY got on the line with a very sweet gal named Ana. 40 minutes later and the best she could do for us was a $200 refund. While this is something, this rental cost us almost $700, along with the money spent on fans along with the emotional and physical damage done. Our baby who was already sick is now fighting through heat rash and dehydration as a result of heat exhaustion. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever, and have half a mind to report them to the Better Business Buero for the safety risk imposed on us with their negligence and failure to disclose information.

Once my insurance agent put in the request with enterprise, I received a call within 15 minutes to setup a time to pickup a rental. From the first call through the pickup all of the staff was friendly and engaging. I was well aware of what I needed to bring and what the deposit would be at the time to secure the rental. The process of picking up the rental was very quick and efficient. I returned the car to where my car was for repairs. Enterprise took that extra step to call and let me know that they had the car back and everything looked great. If you're in need of a rental for leisure or due to an accident I highly recommend you try this location. They had a decent selection of cars and made it a very easy process amongst friendly staff.
