Each week I would call in and add another week over the phone, and once a month I had to go down and do it in person. It was fine and most people there were pleasant. Toward the end of my final rental, it was set to expire in a 3-4 days. I started getting a series of rather insistent phone calls from a woman named Eden. I met her in the location once. She is very tall. She started giving me a rather hard time about my rental and flat-out demanded I bring it back. I didn't understand the request or the hostility and explained that there was still several days left on the rental, and that it would be brought back on the day agreed. She began to become borderline belligerent at this point, even though I explained that I had paid for the vehicle already, in advance, and had a 2-month history of renting the same vehicle. I asked to speak to the rather affable gentlemen who'd helped me with the rental several times before. She said he no longer worked there and then demanded I bring my rental back (again, 3 days early and I needed the vehicle). When I said I would bring it back the day it was due (and paid for) she threatened to report me and to have me listed as a "high risk" customer. I had to look that up to see what it meant. Per Google: [Being labeled a "high-risk" customer by a car rental agency means their risk management system has flagged you for an increased likelihood of financial loss, fraud, or policy violations. This categorization typically results in denied rentals, canceled reservations, or placement on internal "Do Not Rent" (DNR) lists.] That was insane. I spent thousands on my rental and returned the vehicle in perfect condition, but for some unknown she was threatening to do that? Someone like that should not be working in the service industry. Enterprise should be ashamed. I took my business elsewhere.

The staff or agent was unhelpful and unknolegable. So this is the shirt version. We broke down at a rest stop... we got a taxi...we got a car from avis..1 way..I contacted the drop off place explained my situation and ask several times what can I do, not once did the agent advice me that if the car was not back by 4:30 I would be charged for every hour. Mr agent man advised me that there is no drop box place closes at 6...that if car is not at drop off by closing I would be charged 90.$$$ or could rent vehicle for a day at 44/something so did go over options again provided by avis...advised mr.agent that I would be there before it closed I would figure a way After getting someone to pick up my child leave work early and get the car back by 5:15. I was told that I was going to be charge for an additional hour at 71.41 plus tax= 187.84...REALLY. do I look like a total nimrod? I would have rented the car for another day and would have been less aggregate. So mr agent tells me to ms barb who left at 5 and ms? Can't help but to call back. I have worked for customer services for 30 years and never would I advise an upset customer to call back.. Anyway never again until my tomorrow conversation..use Enterprise!

Thompson replaced it within a week. Reported that we were replacing oil too quickly. Thompson did a couple of oil consumption tests, partnering with Audi. Thompson had Audi replace rings and pistons. No charge. No fighting. Andi from the BMW service team was wonderful. My daughter loves the car. We love that Thompson said what they said they were going to do. Funny how while their sales representative was "doing everything he could" to get me the "best price possible" with my credit union, I was on the phone with them myself. Go figure, we both had credit approval for the exact same car, with the exact same trade in value... But they showed 9.8% interest vs my 4.2%. They also showed a sale price of $24,890 for a base model Corolla WITH the $6,000 trade in vs my $12,870 with the same trade in (car was only listed at $18,870 MSRP, so how the heck does it come up to $30,890 with a $6,000 trade in???? Keep in mind, the loans were BOTH APPROVED THROUGH THE SAME CREDIT UNION. Obviously trying to sneak in additional $ on the price of the car. SHADY! Needless to say, I accepted the terms that I HAD gotten from the credit Union, and declined their offer". Next, I went into the service department after 5,000 miles had been accrued to get my oil changed. They did it and told me that I am ineligible for the 10,000 mile service since they only change the oil every 15,000 miles. What!? They NEVER EXPLAINED THAT AT THE ONSET AND STOLE A GUARANTEED SERVICE FROM TOYOTA CARE FROM ME. DON'T TRUST THESE SCUMBAGS WITH YOUR CAR OR MONEY
