It blows my mind how he is still in business. He had the wrong location listed on the Apple maps. When we showed up trying to find the location the very respectful lady on the phone already knew where we were... It added an additional 20 minutes to drive back the way we came to arrive during traffic. So a total of 40 minutes wasted. I was informed I needed to have the insurance company name and contact in order to rent a vehicle. Upon arrival Landon told me that was wrong. (4pm on a. Friday) He informs me my agent needs to send a document proving I have insurance... their office was closed. We get around the insurance part and I ask for a few bucks off for the time and gas for driving around the city since the address is wrong. He then proceeds to cuss me out and yell at me how I was something from nothing. That he pays a company to keep the addresses up to date. And as an owner of the business, it's not his fault it's wrong. And the proceeds to tel me to F off and get out. I'm glad I decided to book a van for a trip that ended with me having three cars carpool because Landon is a terrible excuse for a business owner. The girls there were nice and you could see how uncomfortable they were with Landon.

I had made several calls and he was patient and gave me options which resulted in me finally getting my situation taken care of. The next morning, Durb called me to follow up with issues and I appreciated that. He had taken ownership of helping me and did a great job... even when it turned out I didn't get a car from him. Over the last couple years, I've been given dirty vehicles, had to wait over an hour when management didn't secure a vehicle for a reservation, had managers try to nickel and dime me for any charges they could pile on, and most recently I experienced a branch manager throwing a tantrum in the office.
