I attempted to work this out in person with Jamon but he refused, didn't even have the inspection report, proof of extra cleaning fees or time the car was out of service for cleaning, and when he found out I was recording the interaction went and hid behind the wall and refused to talk about resolution.

Our insurance set us up with rentals through this Hertz location. My husband got a Mazda 3 (ahead of time) and I got a Dodge Avenger later. We didn't choose the cars. I had my two kids in the car- my 10 month old and my 7 yr old. It was 95 degrees out and after moving car seats into the rental and all, we were all sweating and tired. As I left the *parking lot*, the car was riding funny. I stopped as I got to Gallatin Rd and noticed it already had a flat tire! The back right passenger side tire was completely pancaked. I called the hertz I JUST left and they told me I was liable and I had to take the car to Bridgestone and pay $197 for a new tire! I had my babies in the car, it was so hot. They sent AAA down to me and put the spare on but told me I had to take the car to Bridgestone- NOWHERE ELSE- and get the tire replaced. Other tire shops would not replace it because Hertz is contracted with Bridgestone. I was mad as ****! I told them I wasn't NOT going to pay for a tire when I wasn't even out to the main road yet! I spoke to two employees- both who got angry with me- one even hung up with me after saying , "Its not our problem. Replace the tire. It cannot come back here until the tire is replaced. Not patched, REPLACED!" and he hung up on me! When AAA took the tire off, it had a screw in it! There is no way the tire could have gone flat THAT FAST on a slow leak from a screw- as stated by AAA themselves. We are 100% certain they knew the screw was in the tire when they handed me the key. They saw my hands were tied with my kids, it was too hot to get a good look over of the car..and they took advantage of me so they wouldn't have to foot the bill to put a tire on the car! They told me if I brought it back patched without a new tire, they would force me to keep the car- paying for extra days outside of insurance coverage- until the tire was replaced. DO NOT GET A CAR RENTAL FROM THESE AWFUL PEOPLE!

Upon further inspection, I found a hole in the driver's side floorboard. My trunk opens even when the car is locked and I have to simply hope no stranger discovers it. They have smooth, fast talking people in there that signed me up for every unnecessary service that comes out of my car note so now I'm paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars a month with about $98 total going to my actual balance. This car is literally impossible to pay off, and I'm thinking about driving into their front window and doing a tuck roll out the car before it hits and leaving it there. Just kidding, of course. Over the last couple years, I've been given dirty vehicles, had to wait over an hour when management didn't secure a vehicle for a reservation, had managers try to nickel and dime me for any charges they could pile on, and most recently I experienced a branch manager throwing a tantrum in the office. Take some time, read the reviews, and avoid this branch if possible.
