    Very unprofessional

    Very bad experiance. I made a reservation at 5pm and they closed at 5 pm how does that make any sense. The customer service phone number just says that its their decision to do that. Didnt end up grtting a car. spent $60 on uber the price to have a car the whole day. They did not give me any type of compensation whatsoever. Very unprofessional company. Lady inside would not even talk to me

    They also gave us a truck that was dirty this why I told my husband to take back. I'm not going to allow anyone to treat us like we are last . Pam and jasmine did not help us and this place is pretty bad. THEY GAVE us DIRTY CARS SECOND TIME .

    Make a reservation only and you will end up paying $100 more or they will tell you sorry

    Not worth your time, effort, nor patience. Will also charge if small amounts of dust is left on vehicle. NOT WORTH IT!

    Customer service poor. Woman who answers phone is rude. Felt like just a number. They don't care about your business.

    The associate, Ana was friendly. Enterprise had an associate pick me up & ultimately took me home…read more Those were the positive aspects of my experience. It was all downhill from there! I made a few phone calls in the early morning to get a rental car. The first person I spoke with stated that I would be picked up at 9:30am. They have a 2 hour min window she informed me. When the call was disconnected, I called back immediately. I tried to reach the office directly, with no success, they kept putting my call on hold without saying anything. So I called the call center back and the second employee said 10am!! I made the reservation and tried reaching the office several more times. Finally, I got ahold of Ana who said they would come and pick me up in 30-45 minutes. Awesome! So, I waited...and waited until about 10, which was the original quoted time. Still no one had showed up. "They were dropping off another customer". It was now 10:18 am and no sign of anyone, and no one called me. I called again and Ana said she would send someone else. I asked the driver if the first person got lost. It was mostly a joke because they aren't too far from where I had them pick me up. The driver told me they were short staffed. My major complaint is that the deposit is $300.00!! Not one person (out of the numerous times I called) told me the amount of the deposit. I feel it is very sneaky to withhold this information until I was sitting inside the vehicle. The deposit was more than the cost of the rental. "In case you don't bring the vehicle back or damage the vehicle". I'm pretty sure if those things happened I would be charged a lot more through my insurance. Anyway, on the way home, the driver was texting about 1/2 the time, while driving. That was concerning as well.

Arriving at the airport at 11:30PM, I made it down…read moreto the counter around 11:50 to find no one present but a sign saying go directly to the garage. I went outside and again no one present. I went back inside to find an airport agent who said "yeah they leave early". Now after 20 hours of traveling I'm stuck at an airport trying to get an uber at elevated rates after midnight. The fact these companies accept reservations and don't wait for the last plane to disembark is by far the worst customer service I've seen. On top of it, you call the corporate/1-800 number and they are closed as well. Avoid Enterprise/National at CAE airport at all costs....you'll end up stranded.
